I appreciate that ProductsUp offers a wide range of functionalities while maintaining a user-friendly and intuitive interface.

The platform is well-documented, and the customer support, especially the account managers are consistently approachable and helpful.

Some features that seem simple or expected are actually not available, which can be limiting at times.

Productsup is a powerful and versatile platform for product data management, syndication, and feed optimization. One of its most compelling strengths is its high degree of flexibility—users can customize feeds for virtually any channel, from marketplaces like Amazon and eBay to social platforms like Facebook and TikTok, to comparison shopping engines and even custom exports. This adaptability makes it especially valuable for businesses with complex or global multichannel strategies.

Another major advantage is the intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop logic combined with a visual data flow gives both technical and non-technical users a clear view of how data is transformed. This reduces the learning curve significantly and enhances team collaboration.

The flexibility and control it gives us over our product data is unmatched. We can easily adapt our feeds per marketplace, fix issues ourselves without IT support, and the support team is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it for companies that manage large volumes of data and want to apply extensive data manipulation through rule-based logic.

There’s honestly not much to dislike. If anything, the onboarding during peak season was challenging, but thanks to their hands-on support, it went smoother than expected.

Productsup solves key challenges like unsynced product data, lack of preview functionality, and the need for IT support when adjusting order data. With Productsup, we have full control over our data flows, can make changes ourselves quickly, and avoid errors that previously caused penalties on marketplaces. It saves us time, reduces technical dependencies, and gives us the flexibility we need to manage a large and dynamic product catalog effectively.

ProductsUp is an intuitive and constantly evolving platform, backed by outstanding support. While our products involve several complex components, the implementation and execution provided by ProductsUp have made the daily user experience remarkably smooth and efficient.

At this time I have no complaints about ProductsUp.

We want to ensure consistency of our products across multiple online channels for e-commerce. We have also found ways to leverage the platform in non-revenue methods such as our review platform.

The digital marketing team use ProductsUp in conjunction with our partner agency to automate and scale data augmentation we would struggle to do internally at scale,for multiple channels including PMAX, Facebook and our Affiliate feeds. We also use the tool to take internal considerations / variations and optimise for each territory

Using the tool has had a noticeable impact on our scalability and in turn sales generation and new customer recruitment. Support team is easy and swift to use when we have had any queries. Integration was straight forward and presented no issues to our team. Highly recommend

No immediate disadvantages spring to mind

That with Productsup it is possible to incorporate your own developments. In our company we use Productsup every day very often and we love the user interface, which is easy to understand and use. You see immediately what changes you have made. The large set of possibilities to manipulate data is very helpful. The tool can be used for different purposes and you quickly get something implemented that works. The support replies very quickly and helps with every question. The high availability of the tool helps us a lot in our daily work.

The only thing I don't like is that it is not possible to schedule export channels individually, so that a specific export only takes place on a certain day at a certain time.

Our customers need our product data in many different formats (Excel, BMEcat, CSV, TXT,…) and we were able to handle all formats with ProductsUp. A major problem is the time-consuming manual post-processing for our customer-specific product data catalogs. The tool has helped us to significantly reduce this manual post-processing, as many of our post-processing can be automated in the tool. We also use the tool to automatically import orders from marketplaces and export them to our ERP-System. We could also develope own solution with the CDE-Program from Productsup.

Importing and exporting data on this platform is very efficient, and data processing is also very convenient, which can meet many data processing needs. We can clearly understand how the data flow is, which is convenient for us to make different adjustments. And their support team is very good, helping me solve several usage problems. They reply to emails very promptly and patiently. As their user, I feel very comfortable using their platform, thumbs up for them!

To be honest, I don’t dislike anything about the platform. If I have to say something, I hope to see more types of rules in data flow/view in the future.

It solves our data processing and realizes data export in multiple formats, which is clear and convenient.

What i like best about ProductsUp is the really helpful and big choice of rules and features I can apply on my product data. It seems like nothing is impossible! No need to be a developper to use the tool - but it saves us so much developping resources. And if I reach my limits, I can always ask the great customer support and get an answer very quickly.

When a site is running (means ProductsUp is processing my data) the tool can get very slow and I have to wait until I can continue working with it. (But we have a very complex account, with many different sources, rules and features, maybe not all accounts take so much processing time / power.)

ProductsUp connects our data from different sources and easily transforms it for different channels / stakeholders. We use it for marketing purposes (exporting product data into all the different channels), but also to bring back edited product data into our systems, for onsite tools, for product data quality monitoring, for quick and easy data visualisation (incl. filtering, sorting, analysing etc.) and often enough we had cases where the ProductsUp monitoring alerting showed us problems with our data before anybody else noticed it. Another big advantage is that stakeholders like the marketing team can set labels or chose a list of product for a specific campaign (and especially edit this whenever they need) in a simple Google sheet and it can be directly connected to ProductsUp, so once it is set up no more need to adapt the rules all the time (and no need for the campaign managers to know the tool).

I am delighted with ProductsUp, an impressive product syndication tool that has helped me effectively market my product information and optimize distribution channels.
