Easy to set up. Easy to use. When my log in was not working the customer support team responded promptly and with clear directions to guide me in a solution. The support given was very impressive. I did not feel like a number to them, I waas treated like a valued client.

After a year of use, I have nothing to dislike.

Its such an easy bit of kit to setup, whilst also giving the comfort that the backup elements of our business systems are catered for. I am very happy with the customer support, which is quick and they are willing to hear about suggested improvements and feedback!

Nothing at the moment, we have been using it for a few months so far, perhaps the ability to choose the date/time that the syncs occur would be beneficial, but other than that great system!

Manual backups caused us so many issues, as well as ensuring that the storage was suitable and allowed us to restore any accidentally deleted files - Probackup fit the bill!

Very easy to set up. You just connect your account, check up on some small settings and Pro Backup takes care of everything else.

No real dislikes. We just hope we never really need to use our backups :)

We store a lot of information in our PM cloud tools. It happened in the past that unwanted changes were made and we couldn't go back to find the original.
