I like how it can give you precise nationwide criminal records and federal crime results. It also includes education and employment verification. The system is easy to use and user-interface is simple to understand. It is a very good tool for applicant tracking, employee onboarding and you can go paperless too!

Pricing - a bit costly but we don't use this to all the candidates that we hire. Though they price lower than their competitors.

If they can lower the price of the package per candidate or maybe they can offer a group promo.But otherwise, they have a very good customer support who assisted me in all my question.

In onboarding the right people, - It solves the time spent in background checking our potential hires. Precise Hire is one of the fastest background checking software that we've used.

I think Precise Hire does a good job pulling federal crime information in addition to national reports - it is imperative in our hiring process as well

I would say the price seems fair compared to other vendors but sometimes I wonder what the quality of their product is. Sometimes it's hard to tell if there are add ons that are worth paying for as well and specific additional services at our disposal. That said, it certainly has made a difference in terms of who we are hiring and what checks we run.

Definitely worth looking into!

I'd say the only thing I don't love is the price point for what you get. I do wonder if perhaps maybe we bought more of the service maybe they'd offer some sort of discount and I do like the people we work with also .

The pricing and turn around time on orders was nice.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR AFFILIATE EXACT BACKGROUND CHECK! We worked with this organization for less than 3 months. They sold us services that they took away without notifying us. For example, we requested lifetime background checks to use for certain clients which qualify to have those results - which they sold us a package for - then later when I received results I asked if the "lifetime" could be added so we can show our clients that the type of background check they require was in fact run. They told me that they deactivated lifetime results because we couldn't run them legally, which isn't true. I had to escalate the situation to the owner of Exact Background Checks who said we could in fact run them if the clients were in specific industries like healthcare, which our client is. We were told that service would be turned on for us to utilize. Almost a month goes by and I had made MULTIPLE phone calls and emails to follow up. All of which went ignored. They also altered background check packages without our consent. This company is SHADY. When I approached them about what happened and why they weren't communicating they deactivated our account and said that for the sole reason of having a client who was dissatisfied they did not want to work with our company to protect their reputation......all of these things could have been worked out if this company cared about their customer service which they do not. Learn from my mistake and don't waste your time with this vendor.

Customer service, shady business practices, selling services and then taking them away without communicating this to the client and deactivating accounts when clients bring up issues.
