Very simple to use platform and good distribution. Most of all extremely reasonable pricing. It can be used for small to meduim sized releases or in addition to larger programs.

If a client wants to have the press release land in Benzinga or MarketWatch, their best shot is with PRUnderground, hands down. Also, the UI isn't confusing like some other distributors. It's straight and to the point.

More multimedia options and controls would be nice, but it's far from a dealbreaker.

I don't really have any negative things to say about PR Underground. As an east coast agency, there have been a few times where I forgot that the default press release time is Pacific Timezone, but it is clearly marked so that's more on us. The customer service has always been super helpful and timely in fixing any issues we've had, which generally stem from user error, not the PR Underground team.
