Very user friendly and accessible platform
What do you like best about Portfoleon?
Portfoleon is very handy when you need a quick overview of the different projects that your company is running.
What do you dislike about Portfoleon?
It is very intuitive and allows you to easily dive from the overview to the details of a project, making it just the tool that I need for tracking the projects.
Recommendations to others considering Portfoleon?
I do also like the name and logo, linking to that famous French guy...
What problems is Portfoleon solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now, none , I am good with the features it offers

Portfoleon is not only a great yearplan scheduling/resource management tool, but above all a great communication platform.
What do you dislike about Portfoleon?
It allows you and your stakeholders to quickly identify bottlenecks and project risks, and engage in meaningful discussions to resolve them.

The tool for centralized project overview including resource allocation allowing personalised views
What do you like best about Portfoleon?
After implementing Portfoleon across departments we significantyl increased the transparancy on all project plannings and were able to identify and predict resource bottlenecks faster. With the smooth creation of personalised views, the adoptation by the key users went very fluently.
What do you dislike about Portfoleon?
as a read only user, you tend to get lost in the different boards and views. The use of different colors is nice, but the legends of the used colors are not easily accessible.
Recommendations to others considering Portfoleon?
It would be nice if timetracking could be added for retrospective analysises

What do you like best about Portfoleon?
Portfoleon is an amazing application to have a good picture of all that is going on in your company.
What do you dislike about Portfoleon?
It has a lot of tools to sort and visualize different project attributes and store relevant information about each one. It is very visual and you can see how your roadmap looks like at a glance.
Recommendations to others considering Portfoleon?
It is also a very good tool for sharing the project planning with all the relevant stakeholders and also manage the resources linked to them.

What do you like best about Portfoleon?
Portfoleon has finally given our company the means to keep track of our year plans in a simple and intuitive way. Now that everyone makes use of the tool, it has become much easier to see how your own projects align to those of other people and groups and where you might have dependencies that need to be resolved.
What do you dislike about Portfoleon?
Small changes could be made to improve the ease of use, like automatically aligning the duration of your project to the cumulative duration of its phases, but it is reassuring to see that improvements are continuously being made.
What problems is Portfoleon solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project dependencies can be identified much more easily and it has become simpler to keep your colleagues informed about the progress of your projects and keep track of projects on whose outcome you rely.

The tool is very intuitive and easy to use with rich integration capabilities
What do you dislike about Portfoleon?
That is the most difficult question because I can hardly find issues while working with this product. Probably the biggest downside of this product that it's not being used a lot around the world yet.
