I'm generally skeptical of any kind of service that edges toward middling-maning introductions, but Podmatch is actually pretty awesome. I'm a paying member as a podcaster, and it's ROI'd; I've connected with some pretty impressive guests via Podmatch.

I have no complaints about its functions as a social network. The only issue is that I've probably been overly selective about the guests I accepted. I think the real growth hack to using the platform is to accept a bunch of interview solicitations immediately.

PodMatch was the podcasting platform that I didn't know I needed. I only joined because a fellow podcaster had been pestering me for month to sign up. I had assumed that because I wasn't having any issues sourcing guests, that I had no need to pay for this platform. I couldn't have been more wrong!

Sourcing and screening guests is an absolute breeze on PodMatch, with guest profiles giving all the detail I need to decide if they would be a good fit. Profiles include a video pitch, a summary of guests backgrounds, suggested topics they can talk to, questions that you may wish to use in the episode, as well as a pre-approved introduction that you can use in the episode! On top of this, the profile shows reviews of the guest from other podcast hosts.

If this wasn't enough, PodMatch also has an active podcasting community with monthly events and online education to help you up your podcasting game.

Also part of PodMatch is PodLottery which is a way to get more reviews for your Podcast from other podcasters. I have gained 8 reviews through this alone!

Another feature that I love is "workflows". It is almost like project management software (but actually useful). You create 'templates' of tasks you need to complete when editing/releasing an episode. It really helped me not only streamline my process, but also keep track of where I was up to on all my episodes.

And, finally, there is the PodValue initiative which helps indie podcasters cover subscription costs. Through this program, you get a small commission for releasing episodes of guests sourced through PodMatch. It is not a huge amount of money, but it makes a significant difference for indie podcasters. You can earn up to $31 per episode, however you usually get less than this. The commission is calculated based on a combination of PodMatch's revenue for that period as well as how many interviews the guest has completed in that period.

This company does its best to support you. They provide tips to grow as a guest and host. The system is very organized. it has a workflow system for Hosts to keep track of their backlogs like myself. The best part I love about PodMatch is that it continues to grow and provide value to its members. Most people in the community are professional, and honest. Matchmaker is another story that I will save for a potential review..... If I got time.

I no longer worry about finding guests. I think of a topic, and I find the expert guest on Podmatch. The workshops and online courses are accessible and easy to understand.

PodMatch has ended the loneliness of podcasting for me, thanks to a community that shows care, respect, and motivation. It's a place to pick myself up when I'm feeling down about podcasting.

The website's dashboard helps with planning and recording a guest in every possible way. I admire the quality and professionalism of the guests. The close contact with the founder, feedback, advice, and the supportive community are incredibly wonderful. The systems work great, and the people are helpful. A general feeling of support radiates from PodMatch.

I haven't encountered any downsides so far.

Alex and Alicia are super supportive in so many ways. The online setup is very useful, the response to questions is very quick, and the community is available to inquire all things podcast. It is easy to use filters and find appropriate hosts/guests. The ease of ROI with scheduling is fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend!

Not only is the design super user-friendly and extremely affordable, the heart and intention behind the developers to create authentic and tailored connections for podcasters and guests, has made my life so much easier. I have been using Podmatch.com to book guests on the Phantom Electric Ghost Podcast since Nov 2022. I have been able to increase the number of guest that I interview per month significantly usings this service. Prior to 2022 I interviewed 4 guests per month. Now I interview at a minimum at least 11 guest per month or more. I have a great experience using Podmatch.com and my ListenNotes ranking is now in the top 2.5% of podcasts. I wholeheartedly recommend Podmatch to host and guests looking to constantly provide content for their podcast.
