It is simple and easy to use. It is also a great way to make money on the side, while also giving great feedback to research teams.
Nothing. It is easy and works fine. I do tests in my spare time without any issues.
They are constantly updating the platform to be more user friendly, and it seems to be working.
The ability to make some additional passive income on the side at your own pace and schedule. Extremely easy to use.
Absolutely nothing. Extremely grateful I have came across Plabook UX
Companies trying to develop the best applications out there with the help of the Playbook UX community. Its a winning flatform for both the designer of the apps and the testers.
I like how you can do tests in your free time and earn extra grocery money.
Sometimes you have to be quick to signup for tests; otherwise it would run out of spots.
Playbook UX is a way to earn extra money in my free time.
I like that the tests are very easy to complete, they generally take anywhere from 10-15 mins. The platform also pays on time and has never failed to compensate me even when a researcher has not shown up for a live interview. They have a variety of tests from testing websites, tree tests, and live conversations. I highly recommend PlaybookUX.
Some of the tests don't have working prototype links and so it's hard to communicate with the researcher that this is occurring on their tests. I hope to see in the future a way to be able to message researchers more easily when this occurs.
PlaybookUX is helping make the web a friendlier space. They are also helping companies improve products by gathering user feedback from many participants. I really like this platform and highly recommend it.
I've been searcing for an all in one tool research tool for a while. I love that I can conduct both qual & quant research. I've used tons of competitors for usability testing and PlaybookUX is the best I've used - it has every feature needed to quickly conduct and analyze.
I wish they supported survey testing (i.e. sending a survey to their panel of participants). Since PlaybookUX is my research repository, it's cumbersome to conduct, store and analyze surveys, click testing and heatmaps in another tool.
We use PlaybookUX to conduct unmoderated, live conversations and information architecture (tree test/card sort) studies. We used to conduct those studies across 3 different tools so it's been a huge timesaver to consolidate testing to one tool. It's rare to find a tool that conducts research that also acts as a repository!

PlaybookUX makes it easy to hold user research sessions with known and unknown users. We are able to quickly create our tests and surveys and then easily send them out to our users. Recorded feedback and detailed reporting make it easy to understand where things are working or aren't working. We've used this for a number of projects and initiatives and have been able to make excellent progress in improving our site for our users. The value for what you get vs. how much it is, is really one of the other great benefits, we can pay-as-you-go or sign up for more advanced plans once you really get going.
Nothing really jumps out, but possibly some more analytic details for the test would be nice, or a way to compare to previous tests. An initial overview of how to use the platform when you first sign-in would be nice as a way to expedite onboarding.
PlaybookUX is providing a central location for us to easily perform all our user research testing. We can quickly spin up new tests, new surveys and anything else we need to get feedback from real users before we start the final design and development process.
