I've used Plausible for a while and the app works well. I don't have complaints and when I emailed support they were super helpful. 10/10 would recommend it to a friend

What do you like best about Plausible Analytics?

Plausible is a fast, lightweight, privacy-first and GDPR-compliant analytics platform that is better than GA4. It's easy to integrate and powerful once it's running.

What do you dislike about Plausible Analytics?

I wish there was a unifed dashboard for all sites/a way to group them. I have no other complaints!

What problems is Plausible Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking and analyzing web analytics, Google Search terms integration, and conversion rates using the Goals feature.

"Great Analytics that works in all Browsers"

What do you like best about Plausible Analytics?

Accurate numbers, easy to set up and use. Uses a different approach comparing to Google Analytics, so your and your customer's data is safe.

What do you dislike about Plausible Analytics?

It would be better to have more detailed documentation, especially with best practice examples, e.g Pageview goals

Apart of providing Analytics data, Plausible Analytics solves data safety problem.

Beware!! Fraudulent "subscription"

You have prepaid the subscription for a year and then fraudulently at some point you are asked to upgrade the subscription or else you are not allowed to enter the management environment - the pretext for this is that you exceed the number of pageviews. Meanwhile the extra traffic is from multiple bots which makes you doubt even more whether they are scammers or not.
