What do you like best about Plaid?Entrusting Plaid to make and manage the critical bank connections for my customers is what I like the best.What do you dislike about Plaid?No downsides that I've encountered yet. There is a specific multi-factor challenge with one of the banking providers here in Canada but there's a work-around that we're using.What problems is Plaid solving and how is that benefiting you?When I was developing HuddleBooks, I didn’t want to spend time building and then maintaining banking connections for my customers. Having Plaid handle that critical part of the app lets me focus on other features, with the confidence that those connections are being properly managed.

What do you like best about Plaid?As a project manager, working with Plaid and thier system has truly helped with our internal processes. Thier UI/UX is unmatched when building intense and robust features to integrate into our app. Specifically, the KYC and AML services. Of course thier bank connections are very robust as well, and they have many different products, but the performance of the services together has been nice to keep in one ecosystem. From the onboarding to the support, there really is no better partner to work with than Plaid.What do you dislike about Plaid?I have no downsides. Even when it comes to pricing, they have many different options if something doesn't work for you, and you can customize your account to fit where you currently are with scaling.What problems is Plaid solving and how is that benefiting you?Overall, we needed to work with a company that was big enough to be trusted but also "small" enough to still have compassion for smaller companies. Plaid may be an 8 billion-dollar corporation, but they still have the compassion and empathy that smaller businesses really appreciate when starting an ambitious project. Having a partner that supports you along the way is something we didn't know we needed, but we were glad Justin at Plaid was able to show us. Through Justin and Plaid, we have been able to get to that next phase and become one of those bigger companies of theirs.

What do you like best about Plaid?I think the sales cycle for Plaid was very straightforward and quick.What do you dislike about Plaid?I think that the platform fee was relatively high for an early stage startup. Nonetheless, I understand for the high fee.What problems is Plaid solving and how is that benefiting you?We are using plaid for RCM for dentists.

What do you like best about Plaid?Plaid was very helpful during pre-sales identifying our likely use-cases, and how they could assist our business. They were very helpful in ensuring that their services were accessible to us as a startup, and they made it very easy to onboard.What do you dislike about Plaid?The monthly platform fee is not variable based on size of business or revenue, it is a large fee for smaller businesses.What problems is Plaid solving and how is that benefiting you?ID Verification, and that helps us verify identity and compliance before our customer makes a purchase.

What do you like best about Plaid?I like that Plaid is quick and connects with a bunch of apps, making linking to my bank safer. I also appreciate that it allows for secure data sharing, so I don't worry about my bank info being accessed insecurely. The initial setup was pretty easy too.What do you dislike about Plaid?Plaid could have less screens during the setup process. I'd prefer a 'one and done' approach.What problems is Plaid solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Plaid for connecting my bank to services like Venmo. It solves data sharing securely, and I trust it to connect with many apps, making my banking safer and quicker.

What do you like best about Plaid?Very easy to connect bank with my brokerage account.What do you dislike about Plaid?Some accounts not show list on the drop menu. so i did manually. That is only one dislike.What problems is Plaid solving and how is that benefiting you?They provide me manual to enter the account. So i can solve the problem easily.
