Perfect and Affordable Survey Tool for Independent Freelance Researchers

What do you like best about PickFu?

A very cost effective way to conduct quick short polls that don't involve buying lists from list brokers.

What do you dislike about PickFu?

I'm a market researcher and am used to the flexibility of Qualtrics as a survey tool. This is where PickFU can be limiting. Primarily, you can only conduct straightforward polls with no ability to develop skip logic for respondents.

Intuitive, seamless, valuable

What do you like best about PickFu?

PickFu allowed our agency to jump right in and get going when it comes to consumer research and testing. No hoops and barriers - just an easy-to-navigate interface, great flexibility, and transparent pricing. The turnaround time is excellent, and the insights are extremely valuable and handily formatted snd summarised. Overall I rate PickFu extremely easy to use, with a great number of features.

What do you dislike about PickFu?

There's nothing I dislike about the PickFu platform.

What problems is PickFu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Convenience and cost. Other platforms take too long to initiate and mobilize, and the barrier to entry is too prohibitive. PickFu has managed to solve for both and deliver a world-class service and value when it comes to user research and testing.

What do you like best about PickFu?

"Daily Mini Polls" is a free feature on PickFu that provides quick insights before running a full poll. It's a fantastic option that helps us test ideas and gather initial feedback without any cost. A smart move by PickFu. What I love most is the speed and quality of responses.

Fantastic concept and execution

What do you like best about PickFu?

Everything. I've used it for multiple things for my business. The ability to pick the audience is great. I honestly don't think I'd change a thing.

What do you dislike about PickFu?

Can be a little pricey at times, so I wish there were opportunities for discounts. Maybe there could be promotions in the future that could decrease the price of some polls. I know for Black Friday there was a small promotion if you bought a lot of prepaid credits, but that was pretty small for Black Friday in my opinion. It was also only really applicable to the big spenders (buy 450 dollars worth and get 500 of credits, or something like that).

What problems is PickFu solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me pick my brand name, which was huge. Basically, you can get lots of detailed insights into your problems from a lot of different people. It's invaluable.

What do you like best about PickFu?

PickFu is SUPER easy to use. This is the 3rd time I've used PickFu.

What do you dislike about PickFu?

This time, we had a serious problem with our course marketing copy and needed an answer fast. It took a couple of minutes to figure out which type of poll/survey to use, add in the main question and different variations we wanted feedback on and then we were off. In less than two days we had a clear answer, with really good feedback about which variation worked best and why. Best of all, we got demographic data about the people answering, which helped us validate that the top choice had been made by people who represented our avatar/ideal clients.

The results from survey are really quick, and demographics are available. Like the extra AI info available now as well.

I think its pretty pricy if you want to get more extensive questions and more people.
