Due to the nature of search, Pi is trying to keep up with the constant changes which can mean that there's a slight delay of when changes are reflected in the platform.

It helps me keep track of visibility for the site and split it to different areas, to have a focused view of each area of the business.

I don't think its a limitation of PI but a limitation we put on ourselves, which is that external users can't log in. You have to have a company email address. And as we work with Licensees they are all 3rd party companies and don't have share the same email address so we have to use a workaround to give access which is extra effort.

I would love for the cannibalisation report to be less difficult to read once exported to Google sheets

Pi is our go to analytical and data tool and team for our Organic Performance, we benefit from a dedicated team that ensures that our tracking is comprehensive and clear cut. We have large and vast datasets and terms that we are tracking to gain an accurate picture of our Market Share of Voice, we want to know exactly where we sit especially when comparing against competitors which Pi allows us to do seamlessly into various reporting tools such as Looker or on their directly platform. As we are constantly adapting to the evolving SERP environment, Pi has been able to take on our requests and is adapting as quickly, if not faster, which has enabled us to implement improvements and provide a clear view on what impact these improvements are having on our website.

Visibility indexes, competitor rankings, weekly reports, data discovery tool ... all made simple to use.

The team are so so helpful and always willing to answer any questions , as well as being constantly on the look out for any new tools that may be of use.
