I like the support and team over there. Everyone I spoke with made their portion extremely easy to use and I was up and running fast. I onboarded with Boris is now a friend and he answered everything from beginner to complex - some issues were even addressed with custom integrations they made just for my use case! In my experince FinTech companies often struggle to display a personality or put a face to the brand. Phonexa is the complete oppsite. Yes, its a great product and works well, however the best part is the service of Rich and the onboarding team. Absolutley incredible and knoweldgable.
