The onboarding process, spearheaded by Rich, our dedicated onboarding support contact, was seamless. Rich went above and beyond to ensure our team could effectively leverage the system. Now, with Steffi from the Customer Success team, we continue to experience unparalleled responsiveness and a delightful collaboration.

The attention and support we've received from Phonexa have been nothing short of astonishing. What do you like best about Phonexa?

I like the support and team over there. Everyone I spoke with made their portion extremely easy to use and I was up and running fast. I onboarded with Boris is now a friend and he answered everything from beginner to complex - some issues were even addressed with custom integrations they made just for my use case! As something I use every day, happy to have the support system!

I have no complaints really, they addressed everything.

Has to be the people.

In my experince FinTech companies often struggle to display a personality or put a face to the brand. Phonexa is the complete oppsite. Yes, its a great product and works well, however the best part is the service of Rich and the onboarding team. Absolutley incredible and knoweldgable.

What do you dislike about Phonexa?

It's hard to be negative at time of writing this review. I may find something I dislike oneday but not right now.
