The solution is very easy to implement and to use. It effectively and seemlessly protects users by adding another security layer.

Scanning especially of very long URLs is skipped every now and then. At least there is a notification including a warning, so it's the users' choice.

One-time hyperlinks are already hit by the security scanning, which sometimes causes issues to access specific services.

The awareness of different users regarding external content risks is not sufficient to effectively secure the environment. The solution replaces all external references and ensures a security scan will happen. This does not rely on any type of end user software, so there's nothing to be installed.

The best is that I am totally protected against any kind of phising. This is so important as can make another things instead check all the time the behaviour of my users.

I think there are not reasons to dislike this application. The cost is not very expensive and with it you can dedicate time to another things more important. I cant disklike this.

A lot of times in the past, some users in my organization clicked URL and got phished. With this application it has never occured again.

Works as advertised. Technically the URL rewrite does not affect the user experience. It should be noted that the system scans the target destination every time it is accessed. Hence, every attempt to add malicious content after its initial creation is warded off.

We had an issue once in the early days and it was fixed within a day, despite requiring code change on their plattform.

For me, it's all about getting the right email architecture in place, and that is the benefit.

They are so easy to work with! They have 24/7 customer support, and it is fantastic. The rep bent over backward, trying to find personalized solutions that met our needs. He met with us multiple times and engaged in multiple screen-sharing sessions; he also sent very detailed emails with step-by-step instructions. All of this made our implementation process seamless. He was full of tips and advice to help our company make email more efficient. On top of all of this, the price is quite reasonable. They are an excellent company!

We were not good at articulating our needs at first, so we weren't initially connected with the right product. The rep stuck with us and ultimately found us exactly what we needed! My only suggestion is to make the website a little more straightforward; It is challenging to set up demos on specific products through the forms they have on the website.

We do not need to have hundreds of individual email inboxes. Rather, we can have alias email forwarding addresses, where we can change the recipients of emails and also have multiple recipients.
