What do you like best about Personio?I particularly like the clear design, which makes it easier to keep track of working hours, overtime, vacation, etc. I also find the stopwatch extremely helpful. It's easy to keep track of working hours and breaks. I also love the calendar where I can see my teammates' vacations.What do you dislike about Personio?So far, I haven't discovered anything negative.What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?I think it's great that you can add working hours that have occurred retroactively or outside office hours.

What do you like best about Personio?Personio is very user-friendly. As Admin, you can change everything, from attendance to absenteeism. And if something is not working, the team reacts to your tickets very fast and solves your issue (in my experience of more than 50 Tickets) in less than 2 days.What do you dislike about Personio?Sometimes some updates change the tool's view, making the employees doubt how they should use the tool or even if there is a bug within the tool. With the latest update, it was difficult for me to know where do get support from the team. After a charming video call with my key account manager from Personio, all my questions were solved.What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?Not only the daily admin HR topics as attendance and absenteeism. Personio has a report tool, which makes very easy for me to get reports for FTE, worked hours, etc.

What do you like best about Personio?I like Personio because it's easy to navigate and helps me find the information I need. The layout is really intuitive, and I appreciate that when I did a presentation, I was able to pull a high-resolution picture from Personio as an extra perk. It's smooth for my needs, like checking who is off and submitting my annual leave requests. Everything I need is right there without having to look around, so it's a great platform for me.What do you dislike about Personio?Sometimes when I try to access Personio, it takes me to a login page that's hard to navigate. I think it could be due to my browser settings, but it's still a bit of a hassle. I worked around it by using the last email from Personio to get straight to the page I need. It hasn't been a big issue for me, but it might be for others. Overall, I'm really happy with the platform.What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Personio to easily see who is off, which helps me plan team capacity and submit leave requests. Its layout is easy to navigate, and it's straightforward to use for checking availability and scheduling.

What do you like best about Personio?I like that Personio is very easy to use and much more intuitive than other HR tools. I also appreciate that I can access the information I need with just a few clicks. The initial setup was super easy, I practically didn't have to do anything.What do you dislike about Personio?I think the "pending items" section sometimes shows things that are not pending for me, but also for other teams with me. I only want to see what I truly have pending, not just what's related to me. I think it should be filtered better.What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?I have all the necessary information about my position and salary, I manage absences and schedules, I can see my team's vacations and the company organization chart. It's easy to use, allowing me to see what I want with just a few clicks.

What do you like best about Personio?the design is easy to use and user friendly. tracking working hours and requesting vacations is also great and super easy.What do you dislike about Personio?i dont know about pricing or any AI integration so far so i dont know what to say about those, but sometimes i have some issues with tracking hours, when i manage them manually. the start stop and hour editing sometimes crashesWhat problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?onboarding was greeat and easy, tracking time and requesting vacations thats how i use it as a user/employeer.

What do you like best about Personio?Ich mag, dass Personio unsere HR-Prozesse transparenter, effizienter und einheitlicher macht. Es ist großartig, den gesamten Mitarbeiterzyklus abzubilden und Prozesse digital und verständlich darzustellen. Die Unterstützung durch KI und die guten Systemanbindungen erleichtern viele Themen mit weniger Aufwand. Besonders gefällt mir das strukturierte Onboarding mit klaren To-Dos, die schnellen automatischen Reaktionen auf Bewerber und die schnellen, ansprechenden Berichte. Auch die einfache Urlaubsplanung und Unternehmensübersicht sind sehr hilfreich für die Führungskräfte. Wir sind sehr glücklich mit Personio als unserer ersten HR-Software und die Anbindung an andere Tools wie elearnio, DATEV und ZMI funktioniert gut. Die Einrichtung mit dem strukturierten Onboarding-Plan und der Unterstützung der Personio Voyager Akademie war sehr gut und einfach.What do you dislike about Personio?Ich fände es besser, wenn es zusätzlich zu den Videos auch Klicktutorials zu neuen Funktionen geben würde, oder Workshops, für die man sich anmelden kann. Außerdem sehe ich beim Workflow ein Problem, wenn ein Mitarbeiter das Unternehmen verlässt, da der Vertreter nicht mehr verfügbar ist und eine neue Vertretung brauchen würde. Auch Aufgaben bei Personen in den gleichen Rollen verschwinden, sobald eine Person diese abgehakt hat. What do you like best about Personio?I like the transparency and digital files in Personio, as they allow for quick insight. The performance evaluation is helpful for obtaining 360-degree feedback and assessing employees based on criteria, which also makes comparison over the years easier. The surveys are also valuable as they can be mapped via the survey tool and evaluated directly. The well-structured onboarding made the initial setup very easy.What do you dislike about Personio?I find it problematic that Personio does not have automatic deactivation of accounts when an employee leaves the company, and that there is no notification to supervisors when an employee has left and was previously listed as a representative in leave requests. It would be better if the account were automatically deactivated after 4 weeks and a notification sent to supervisors to find a new representative.What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?With Personio, I digitize HR processes, gain transparency, and increase efficiency. It enables 360-degree feedback, facilitates performance evaluations, and provides quick insight into digital files, improving oversight.

You quickly find your way around because everything is clearly designed.
