The most helpful thing about Accusource is the customer service. They are exremely responsive and very knowledgable. Accusource is also extremely easy to use.

I really can't say much about Accusource; the only thing I guess if I had to say that I dislike is one time it took almost two weeks to get background checks back. But it wasnt Accusources fault, it was whatever was going on with the courts but it was still frustrating.

It is helping us determine who is right for the job. Who is a legal citizen and who is not. Also, hiring people is much faster because of how quick Accusource is.

Quick Response Time. I get results almost instantly for sex offender.

I like the other options as well to run education verification

I dislike the super user feature, the extra steps to run a PG2 can be annoying

I love the integration capability. My company uses SmartRecruiters ATS and upon moving a candidate forward, I'm able to initiate an entire package of pre-employment items (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle report, etc.) at the click of a button. I use it every day and have run into minimal issues. The support line is easy to get a hold of and they're really fast to tend to you.

One area I wish that would improve - I deal with hundreds of candidates and when I need to check in on individual status updates on one, I sometimes have to comb through several pages to find that candidate. My default view is set to 20 results at a time, I wish it defaulted to at least 100.

Reviewing background checks and conducting drug screens.

I like the fact that I can enter very little information and it can get the rest from the concerned party.

I use this software on a weekly basis for background check.

I wish there was a way for me to be able to edit the org that we charge the background check to instead of calling/writing customer service.

It is helping us screen applicants before they are admitted in our work place. And it is very easy to use, anyone with minimal training can do it.

The most helpful thing about Accusource is how quick their turnaround time is. They always provide the most accurate information; their customer service is fantastic!

I really can't say much about Accusource; that is unhelpful. Once in a while, it may take longer than expected once in a while, but I believe that is only because the person I'm checking on has more things in their background that has nothing to do with Accusource.

It is weeding out the individuals who are not right for our job. It is making my job alot easier. Also, hiring people is much faster because of how quick Accusource is.

The customer service team is friendly and helpful, and the turnaround time for results is excellent.

When a drug screen shows a positive result, I would like to be notified directly. This would avoid an unacceptable background check drug/screen from being missed or not being reviewed immediately.

I only have one issue (described previously) and do not know if this will be an action item for AccuSource.

How fast and accurate their services. They are always quick on their feet to assist me and my contractors.

Sometimes they don't give timely updates.

They help me verify the identities and IDs of my contractors in a very efficient way.
