Amazing software. In little time we can build complex business solutions. Same solutions we can then move to Chatbot, etc. It is equipped with AI & other latest technologies.
PEGA support is very poor. Whenever we get stuck in development phase solution is awaited for many weeks from Pega team. Certification cost is vey high. Also currently it's difficult to get a PEGA developer.

It is very difficult to change the code if there is any issue persists
Mainly pega solves the problem of writing the code as everything is no code here i.e., no code to be registered, and ui type of fields need to be fragged, and dropped code work will be taken care of by Pega itself, and it is saving time of the developer by not writing the 100's of lines of code
