Our company is very pleased with this product.
What do you like best about PDI/Retail Suite?
This has enabled our company to have our wholesale and retail companies to use the same software and communicate effortlessly with one another via importing and exporting data. It has also been a great time saver.
What do you dislike about PDI/Retail Suite?
The software is vast and can feel overwhelming to some users at times.
Recommendations to others considering PDI/Retail Suite?
Make sure you get the setup correct. Spend A LOT of time preparing for pricebook.
What problems is PDI/Retail Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has greatly helped us with employee scheduling, various types of reporting, and processing data much more efficiently and effectively

What do you like best about PDI/Retail Suite?
The program is easy to use and has great short cuts and easy file paths to follow. Uploading documents is super easy and imputing data.
What do you dislike about PDI/Retail Suite?
For the company I work for it could be that we have a lot of data on a certain shortcuts takes forever to load and certain options on GL exports are hard to find
Recommendations to others considering PDI/Retail Suite?
I recommend this program for large organizations the functionality is easy to use and stores a ton of data

The benefits of this program is it can grab multiple GL options for export making it easy on reporting.
