I love that they trusted me with a higher purchase credit upon opening my Four account. The application is very easy to use and make payments.

I only dislike that not all merchants are available.

It allows me to purchase what I need right away without having the full payment upfront. This has been even more beneficial around the holidays.

I find it challenging to use Four with stores that I frequently shop. The idea of interest-free is excellent because I'm more likely to spend more than I would be paying for the product entirely.

Four is seamlessly integrated with Shopify; the platform our website is powered by. This integration makes it easier for us to follow orders places by Four, and easier for our shoppers to split their order into four equal interest-free payments over time.

Even though their customer service is great and replies by email on time. But I think a live chat is what's more common nowadays. Hope they'll implement this soon.

Abandoned carts are reducing by time. This is common sense, shoppers can now pay overtime, not only that but interest-free.

Four has contributed to increasing my online store’s conversion. Connecting it to both my current shopping cart was quick and easy though the whole setup process is a piece of cake.

Four is fairly new as compared to other bnpl platforms so they dont have an extensive array of sites to shop on. You wont find Amazon or BestBuy or even NewEgg. The sites you can use to split 4 are not all appealig so this would leave you feeling limited.

I started using Four in 2022 with a $200 limit, I initially got rejected evrytime I tried to use but after a year I randomly got approved for one transaction. After that Ive been rejected each time. Reaching out to support doesnt help because they simply reitterate the rejection message. This is after waiting almost a week for customer support to respond back to the message - not helpful.

Nothing at its horrible never will I use this app again

Keep charging me for an item I returned then charged multiple late fees left with an negative 33.15 in my bank account and repeatedly kept collecting payments from a negative balance like what the hell customer service needs to be number I can call
