It has great presentations and reallly makes you understand. It is easy to understand as well.

Nothing as of yet, everything has been great.

Scale our jobs based on our markets. We have 6 different markets and we need assistance in gathering pricing information to be competative.

MarketPay makes collecting market data for pay so much easier. It has reduced the number of hours our team has had to spend verifying data and salary survey results. Previously, we spent hours and hours organizing and maintaining all of our salary survey submission and results, and now most of it is managed through MarketPay.

There are honestly no negative things to say from my experience with MarketPay.

All of our results are in one spot, nothing falls through the cracks. Our market research and job pricing are something we can firmly stand behind with the expertise and trust we have through MarketPay.

I love that our own data can be uploaded so we can easily see if there are any employees in a job we are reviewing market data on. Also love that we can create an ADHOC job while working on a range for a new job.

When working in Market Price a Job (NEW), would like to see company job summary in screen after selecting job and our salary range.

Would like to be able to also see more than one job in the Market Price a Job (NEW).

When in the (NEW) and searching market data and select the next screen would like it to automatically start at the top. Right now you have to scroll back to the top for each page you go to.

Ensuring that our salary ranges are inline with industry.

Market pay allows our department to collaborate on our analysis and establishes a common understanding.

There are some limitations with automation and comparing our internal data with Market Data.

Organization and centralization of market data/ reporting.

How easy it is to navigate. Our marketpay representative is always helpful and answers our questions. I also enjoy that MarketPay can participate in surveys on our behalf. Saves alot of time and extreamly helpful.

I can't think of anything. I am in MarketPay almost daily and I have never had a hard time getting a report or finding jobs.

We use MarketPay to gather market data to help us price jobs according to market. We also use it report out market data compaired to our organization data.

It's nice to have our survey data in one place along with having our employees/jobs in as well.

Loading new survey data can be a bit clunky but we make it work.

Viewing market data and pricing our jobs. Seeing how we are paying our employees compared to market data. Stores our pay ranges and we can apply them to our jobs.

It doesn't always have offshore data that is sometimes needed in pricing roles in different countries

I am about to find accurate pricing for newly created roles within my organization. I am more productive using MarketPay and my business performacne has increased.

Market Analysis

The ease of use and the integration of our surveys right into the system. Additionally, the tools available for analysis and structure building. As a customer, the service and response time have been nothing short of great.

To be honest, there is not much that I would recommend changing. I think the system is intuitive and very easy to navigate. There always seem to be updates that help our needs without even realizing we needed it.

As we navigate a Global Job Architecture project, we are using MarketPay as a system of record for our new job grade conventions. We are creating jobs and titles and then going to move them into our system of record when complete. Additionally, consolidating all of the Surveys we purchase, makes it really easy to match jobs to multiple surveys. Keeping track of employee moves is easier in here as well, as opposed to Excel files.

MarketPay is very easy to use. The features and capabilities are very versatile as well.

At times, opening the survey library tab can be timely but understandable.

We are creating more consistent pay ranges amongst the company by using consistent market data.
