Once your account is verified (which hardly takes 5 mins) you can transfer unlimited amount of money from your credit card to bank account provided it is not your own bank account and you have limit in your credit card

The transfer process takes a lot of time and sometimes can take upto 2-3 days. Payments are safe but you cannot use this app in case of immediate transfer or payments

When i am in urgent need of funds, i can use this application and transfer funds from my credit card to bank account. Also can make gst payments too using this app

Paymate is easy to set-up and use on a weekly basis. We can add additional deductions for benefits, RRSP, or employee savings with just a few clicks of the mouse. It tracks earned and paid vacation as well.

The only downside of Paymate is the timeframe. We need to wait until the day is over to process payroll since our mechanics are paid to the minute. It's more of a downside of internal payroll versus Paymate itself.

We can handle payroll internally instead of farming it out to an outside supplier. It allows us to correct any mistakes in a shorter timeframe, and provide our employees with vacation pay in a timely manner.

It is easy to keep track of all the employees data and they improvements. It is also good for shortlisting applicants.

So far no limitations to this amazing software it works superb in managing all the staff and employees effectively.

This software allows the user to automate all employees information and access it in single platform, this reduces paperwork and therefore i recommend it to others.

This software has enabled us keep track of all employees from their shift to work, giving probation, assigning leaves. Also viewing and updating employees personal records and relevant information.

Paymate Software providers multiple Payroll products each targeted to a respective company employee size. Each product is easy to use and manage with minimal training. Paymate products give you control of the entire payroll process, including detailed and complex reporting and payroll calculations for Unions.

Paymate support is limited to Eastern Time Ontario, therefore Western companies needing support struggle to obtain it easily. Software is strong, development is focused on the highest line product and minimal changes to the existing lines are done with the exception of necessary maintenance.

Paymate will streamline your payroll processing and allow you to bring the control in-house. Produce reports when needed in the formats you desire with no additional costs and produce out-of-cycle payrolls for adjustments and bonuses whenever necessary with no limitations or expense costs

Paymate allows bringing payroll in-house which significantly decreases costs of paying third-party payroll processing systems to do the payroll that is already 90% handled by existing staff members.

Paymate offers two products Acclaim and Clarity both of which are very easy to use, manage and maintain. The products are easy to update at the end of the year for annual renewals and easy to use. Clarity is beneficial for more complex payroll processing such as Unions calculations or complicated entitlement rules.

While the software is great, Clarity can get complex with the rule definitions and has limitations on what information you can leverage to create automated scripts. This limits its capabilities, and eventually, in very large organizations, you hit a wall.

While the software is easy to use and functional, the software helps/guides are limited, and the support staff is often dismissive and doesn't take the time and effort to discover the root cause of an issue.

The software allows the processing of the payroll internally without the dependency on a payroll company to make the payments to staff. This makes processing direct deposit payments, checks out of cycle payrolls, bonuses etc easy to do on demand without concerns of additional costs by a service company.
