Paychex application makes adding new employees, making changes and processing payroll a breeze. They offer competitive pricing and their customer service has been responsive and helpful anytime we've reached out to them.

It would be helpful if we received an email notification payroll reminder two days prior to payroll to avoid expedited payroll fees.

We no longer have to calculate our own reports or calculate time off. We also benefit from Paychex assisting with 403b deductions.

I process my payroll weekly and I do not have to call Paychex to process payroll every week by an administrator.

Benefits Account (PBA) is on a different site.

I do not have any problems.

Simple to use, my payroll specialist always gets right back to me if I have a question, and always solves any problems I might have

some of the reports need to be set up by someone at paychex

payroll tax payments , I dont have to learn payroll taxes and who to pay when

also my workers comp reports, helps so I can report my employees hours to workers comp. insurance company accuratly and easily

keeps track of PTO, so I dont have to.

It is a full service company, that handles all of the legalities.

To many add ons that should be included.

Since I used Paychex Flex, i feel easy to use.

I really don't like the set up new user profile from Paychex Flex. It's too many steps.

Expense management

The site is pretty easy to use and navigate

Im unable to use my phone to log in on the website. Id prefer to use an app.

Allows our company to track hourly employee times.

No phone calls to a representative. I'm able to log on as needed.

I don't have anything that I dislike at this point.

Reprinting stubs for employees. Getting reports for insurance purposes and checking for amounts required for banking.

I can access from the office or home, anytime. Fairly easy to make changes or updates in the system.

There are somethings I still need to connect with a representative with, like changing direct deposit info.

Submitting payroll taxes & reports to Fed, state, & local municipalities

For me the website works easy and recognizes me and I am able to process my payroll each pay period.

I am satisfied. I don't have any issues really.

Quicker process to process payroll and have reports for my CPA and others.
