PARiM is easy to navigate and contains multiple features that allow us to include the multiple facets of our organization. Our employees can schedule their own shifts, which makes it easy to hold them accountable.
Billing/Payroll feature needs some work, we are not able to automatically include mileage or other necessities so we manually enter each shift into our old payroll/billing system to process.
PARiM has offered solutions regarding scheduling and given full transparency to employees. It allows the administration to have full access to how many options we want to delegate to our staff.
We have used PARiM to manage our staff, their shifts and absences in our Retail group for several years now. PARiM made it quick and easy to get started and schedule the staff. With its sortable, fast, unlimited database we can manage our flexible staff pool in seconds. It makes managing staff across several locations much quicker and simpler and gives me an overall view of staffing costs and levels
Using the Apps, staff can see their current, past and future shifts as well as their gross pay per shift so we receive far fewer pay and holiday queries.
Its not free software. However I do get excellent support from PARiM

It important in Retail staffing to get your staffing correct to ensure good customer service. We have done this for several years using PARiM across all our retail locations. Its fast, searchable staff database allows us to find or message the correct staff member in seconds to ensure all our shifts are covered. Using PARiM has meant we schedule faster and further ahead than we did before we used it.
Super easy to use, efficient, and great for student employees who are always busy and don't have time for confusing software. The app especially makes scheduling much easier and everyone can access their shifts (and schedule changes) from their phones on the go. The customer service is also amazing. We have a large time difference from the PARiM headquarters and they still get back to us quickly and are always eager to help us succeed. We are also big fans of all the options that PARiM offers. You can customize your notifications, customize what users can and can't do, customize basically everything. That gives you a lot of control which is always good to have especially with a large company
There is not much to dislike about PARiM. The only negative we can see is that adding some different special modules/ features costs more money, but it is 100% worth it.
We only employ students and of course student schedules change frequently which means they have to change their work shifts all the time. We have around 300 students we coordinate and PARiM has allowed us to make shift shaping/trading much easier. Less people are missing their shifts and being confused about their schedules because PARiM notifies you right away when there is a change or when an open shift needs to be picked up
Ease of Use - Both the administration and the employee interface are exceptionally simple and user friendly. The GPS and flexibility to adapt to any situation are exceptionally excellent. We looked at four other shift-scheduling software providers and the cost for value trade-off was huge.
We really dislike nothing. I could quibble about an absence of graphics but we really do not value graphics or care about bar charts too much.
The flexibility of the software to adapt to many many situations requires experience and your organisational understanding to exploit the software best.
We operate a multi-site business with a wide network of employees who may work the same day in different locations. PARiM is an awesome database for all associates to communicate back and forth. Scheduling is 10x easier, payroll is 3x easier and employees are 2x happier with this better organisaiton.
PARiM has ticked all the boxes for us and is extremely well supported by their team. We love the colour coding and the automated communication side of it which saves us a lot of admin time, emails and phone calls. We are slowly using more and more of the system and PARiM will suit us as we grow our business
There is nothing we do not like about PARiM. Recently we've advised PARiM to create a few extra features for their subcontractor module and they are already working on it. They always ready to help and welcome any feed-back.
We love PARiM and use quite a few of its modules. I really like the way you can colour code positions, absences and certificates so after a while you can see at a glance the status of everything. PARiM also allows us to decide for each site or event whether we want to allocate shifts or for staff to apply for them or a mixture of both.
Parim is a very easy to use well priced piece of software, Enabling us to easily and quickly schedule our shifts. We also use the check call feature with the gps location which is very useful.
It would be nice to be able to edit shifts through the apple app, however Im sure this is already planned.
We have seen better organization and streamlined the scheduling process. This has saved us time and money.
Parim offers the most comprehensive time and attendance software on the market. There are many different products on the market and we have tried most, but Parim proves to be currently the best. The product is constantly being developed and frequent upgrades and improvements are released.
There are a few technical issues which are slowly getting ironed out. The alerts do not work perfectly (yet), but this is apparently being worked on in the next update
Use Parim, dont hesitate, its brilliant and with rapidly made updates and improvements it is only going to get better!
Tracking employees clocking in and clocking out. Most importantly for us, letting us know when a member of staff does not turn up on time, or leaves early. Giving you the assurance that the staff member is clocked in at the right place and also used to calculate salary. The system also effectively manages holiday and sick leave
Looked difficult to start off with, but, in the end it's relatively easy to use and very effective. Massive control over large staffing problems. Constant development at Parim means that this products keeps moving forward.

I started using Parim in September and never looked back. It is saving me hours in staff allocation. Any questions to Support are answered promptly and changes made to suit your individual needs.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this product.

I'm not sure where to start! Ease of use, clean interface, customization, customer service, scheduling app, remote access, SMS messaging, and push notifications. What's not to like? Trust me, make the jump from the antiquated system you are on and start using PARiM.
The positive far outweighs any downsides. Sure, I wish certain things were a little more streamlined. But, they continue to improve aggressively and are constantly making upgrades.
It has streamlined our entire scheduling process. What used to take three (3) people now takes one (1). We can easily communicate with hundreds of employees on the go and publish available shifts to them. Everything stays live and the app gives them access to their schedules and reminders of where they should be and when.
