What do you like best about Oyster?I find Oyster incredibly easy to navigate, which is really important for quickly accessing my paycheck invoices. The site makes it simple to manage getting paid, and the invoice tab is great for keeping track of any requests I've made. I don't use any other tools alongside it, which speaks to its efficiency. The initial setup was very easy, and I've had a very good experience using it, with no issues at all. It makes it easy to access important employment information, manage documents, review time off, and handle HR-related tasks all in one place. I also appreciate the transparency and user-friendly experience, especially when managing employment across different countries.What do you dislike about Oyster?One area that could be improved is the visibility and accessibility of important employment details. Information related to compensation, bonus structure, PTO eligibility, benefits, and key contract terms is not always easy to locate within the platform. Having a more centralized and clearly organized view of these details would make the experience more transparent and reduce the need to reach out to HR for clarification.What problems is Oyster solving and how is that benefiting you?Oyster simplifies the complexities of working for a company across international borders by centralizing employment, payroll, contracts, benefits, and HR-related processes in one platform. It provides a clear and structured way to manage the administrative aspects of employment while allowing me to focus more of my time and attention on my role and responsibilities.

What do you like best about Oyster?Onboarding was done smoothly with asking all necessary information during onboarding without to and fro. All my doubts for onboarding were cleared promptly by support team. The support team of Oyster is very knowledgeable and active, and responds with clear and timely updates on any ticket.What do you dislike about Oyster?CTC breakup is not provided in the agreement to be signed to the candidate. It lacks clarity on how the CTC is structured, just a rough number does not help at all. CTC structure should be included in the agreement as done by other companies.What problems is Oyster solving and how is that benefiting you?Earlier for getting onboarded as an employee with foreign organizations, we used to manage our own payments and credits by relying on third party like PayPal etc.

What do you like best about Oyster?Communication is smooth, and they are flexible to adapt to the business needsWhat do you dislike about Oyster?Can feel bureaucratic, too many processes but have tried 3 other EOR and they are all like this. They change the person that manages your account quite often.What problems is Oyster solving and how is that benefiting you?Hiring globally and taking care of all the payroll, PTO, etc. This not only saves us from having a payroll dedicated team but also removes any risks for the business when terminating contracts.

Before onboarding, we use a personal account to log in, but we need to switch to a corporate account afterward.
