I like how Orderwerks streamlines everything and makes it easy to see everything all in one place. It's great that the order goes directly to our production facility and that everyone in the company has a record of the order from the start through shipping and invoicing. This saves us time, allowing people to be more productive in other areas of our business. As a new company, transitioning from manual processes to having visuals and records of every order for every customer has been beneficial. Also, Stephen at Orderwerks has been amazing in customizing our system to meet our needs, and their customer service is awesome. It was easy to set up, and while it seemed weird at first to start using something new, it quickly became simple to use. Currently, four out of our less than 10 employees are using it, and I would highly recommend Orderwerks to others.

I like Orderwerks for its user-friendliness and the quick and easy ordering process it offers at my beauty supply business location. Any issues or improvements I thought of were addressed by the developer, who responds right away and fixes them within two to three days tops. The initial setup was extremely easy, making it hassle-free to get my orders into the warehouse and ship them out.

Any dislikes i have had were given as feedback to developers and resolved or implemented into the software.

I use Orderwerks for our small business as it makes everything faster by ensuring efficiency with almost nonexistent errors. I love the ease of use, as it's made entering orders quick and keeps everything organized in one place. The site is easy to navigate, and order entry has become fast and accurate. Another thing I really appreciate is the amazing customer service. Whenever we've needed changes to enhance our efficiency or to better meet our needs, Orderwerks has provided solutions.

I honestly haven't found anything yet

I find Orderwerks speeds up order entry and enhances efficiency by reducing errors. It provides clear visibility of orders, is easy to use, and offers organized functionality in one place. The customer service is amazing, and any requested changes to improve our efficiency have been addressed.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about Orderwerks

We've needed to track all of our orders along verystep. as our company has grown this has become a glaring issue.

The platform is user friendly and easy to understand. Also, the Rep assigned to assist is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Orderwerks has helped the ease of syncing orders to Quickbooks Online making my production time more efficient.

Some of the fields do not sync over to Quickbooks Online and I have to manually enter the fields in each time. Our Rep is working on this but it may be more of a Quickbooks issue that is no fault of Orderwerks.

I have struggled with syncing information over to our Accounting program but our Orderwerks rep goes above and beyond to assist. Just recently, I informed him of an issue with Orderwerks not resetting to the filter and going back to default settings.

As the finance lead working closely with the QuickBooks integration, I’ve been very happy with our experience using Orderwerks. Their team took the time to truly understand our business and then customized the system to match our specific processes, which has made a noticeable difference in how smoothly things run day to day. We’ve been using Orderwerks for several months now, and it has proven to be a dependable solution for managing orders while keeping everything aligned with our financials in QuickBooks. Overall, the level of support and their willingness to tailor the platform to our needs have made it a strong fit for our operation.

The flow from sales orders into invoicing is fantastic. Our sales team can invoice directly, which frees up a lot of time for our accounting team.

Really easy to use both in the field and on the admin side. The developer is really responsive and open to adding features.

Not too many dislikes. Sometimes difficult to understand if issues in the field are due to the app or due to rep error - wish there was a "share" feature.

We moved to Orderwerks when Handshake was absorbed by Salesforce and needed an order entry solution for the field. It's very helpful to have all the photos loaded so the customer can see new items in the catalog and the reps can find items by number, scan, or search, so makes it easy to reorder.

Orderwerks customer support is exceptional. They respond quickly and are always willing to work with me to resolve any issues and help streamline our processes. From a programmer’s standpoint, the product integration was flexible and straightforward to set up. The product itself has also been praised by staff across our district for how easy it is to search quickly and make purchases for their schools.

Orderwerks user-interface is pretty basic and may look slightly dated. Admin maintenance can be a bit manual at times.

Orderwerks has worked with me directly to resolve user issues and to fine-tune our order group distributions. They also partnered with me while we were piloting SAML SSO at the time. Overall, we collaborated to develop a configuration that works cleanly for both parties.
