The platform is extremely reliable, with less than 5 glitches in the 3 years I've used it. It just works.

Support team is knowledgeable, and don't seem rushed so we're able to come up with ideas together to improve our offering to customers.

They have a massive range of integrations with payment providers, making it easy to add new payment methods.

Web app not optimised for mobile.

I can see inventory and orders at a glance. Searching for products and quantity shipped, adjusted, and on hand is very easy. I like that I can create order confirmation emails directly in the application, and use variables so that it dynamically populates the customer's information. We were also able to integrate a product recommendation tool (from a separate solution) that we could include in our Orderwave emails which has helped increase product discovery and ultimately sales.

Editing email templates isn't the most user-friendly. There is a WYSIWYG editor but it is hard to open it large enough to make visual editing easy. Without HTML knowledge, building an email is also very difficult and likely requires a developer. Not necessarily points against Orderwave, but be advised.

Edit: After submitting this review, I have been contacted by Orderwave letting me know of the recent changes and improvements with their support staff. Documentation is getting an update, and getting support is now easier. Their BDR has been very communicative with me (and I'm sure with others) about changes and updates which has changed my perception of OW greatly. More than anything, I appreciate Orderwave caring to see what others say of their product and work to make those improvements. I'm looking forward to seeing better things in the future, and have increased my overall score of the product.

We integrate Orderwave with Magento and it allows us to plan promotions, forecast inventory & sales, and send our customers purchase receipts.

I like the ability to search various amount of data.

I would like to be able to export any advance search results that I find.

Pleas allow for exporting of search results and more search options

Using it more for investigations and searching orders.
