Orange Business Services is a great partner in global IT and communications services.

There is some impersonal aspects which is part of big business

Support based in Europe when our operation is in the USA

Orange have been quick to get involved with the 4G data connectivity (under a rebranded structure). I have used Vodafone in the past but always find Orange reliable with their business service. Being able to provide 4G connectivity will enhance productivity for any mobile worker. Coverage may not be mainstream as yet but you can be sure you will have it before other brands.

They have been quick to promote to 4G and i hear there maybe issues with data signal when around other technology devices, mainly televisions.

It could prove expensive at first due to the introduction of 4G in the UK.

For a UK service i think its one of the best providers. Im unaware of what Europe offers so for most businesses dealing internationally other options must be considered.

The price plans available will see a ROI however until other operators provide plans with 4G the cost here maybe higher compared to a year from now!

Very easy to use for most levels of computing familiarity! Interface is very clear and simple to use, inviting graphics and finally customer service is excellent. Implementation process was quick and efficient

They are providing good service in Romania, Armenia, They are doing great coverage in europe which is nice, you are always able to travel with same mobile , and system is recognizing you w/o any problem, so you are not overpaying for international and roaming calls

Excellent voice-based services, dependable integration, great customer service. Orange provides outstanding services and is an excellent fit for larger companies.

The services are great, but the cost and effort make it not the best fit for my company.

Orange Business Services provides excellent business solutions and is an excellent fit for larger businesses that can support the cost and terms.

When Orange says end-to-end, that's a great description. Group collaborating is easy with Orange, and security and server management are excellent.

I will say it in french: La réaction des équipes et la disponibilité aussi est très appréciable. Ils sont disponibles à chaque fois qu'on appelle. Pour la migration aussi vers le double de notre capacité cela s'est très bien passé.

La seule qui m'a déçu c'est tout le protocole au niveau du support en ligne. une fois en contact si l'heure du technicien en ligne est terminée il coupe la communication et demande de rappeler le nouveau staff.

good daily business response time for my customers. La liaison par fibre optique à changer effectivement notre business. Les clients sont plus satisfaits. le fait d'avoir migrer du VSAT à la fibre à vraiment améliorer nos stats.

The service for IT is great. To change handsets, change packages and get new tarrifs is simple to do. The merger with Tmobile and rebrand to EE was a good idea.

EE and 4G will take a while to take off. Orange still suffers from poor signal

Their business services are very competitive and therefore most companies choose them on price.

Their service typically drops out, and with large deployments (over 100+ handsets) they have trouble locating the correct person for you to speak with
