I like the layout of thr plaqtform and the ease as to which it is to use

None to speak of at this time. It is practically flawless

A complete way to organize trial prep matererial

The ease of use for admins and end users; able to easily export and import

Cost - it is expensive so we have to limit access to X number of users

Deposition designations mainly - no longer have to do this process manually.

The best thing about Opus 2 is that it makes it easy for our internal team to colloborate within their team as well as with co-counsel simultaneously. Our teams like the designation import and export features in particular, though there are many helpful features. I find it easy to navigate and our teams find it easy to build their case on their own without a lot of admin help. When we have any issues the customer support is very helpful.

Sometimes we have back end issues when creating custom fields, but the customer services helps us get those fixed.

Case organization and colloboration issues. It enables teams to cut down on the time it takes to prepare for trial.

Built in sharing features on a cloud platform with simple upload ability allows for effective knowledge transfer as teams grow.

integration with relativity could be simpler, and it would be helpful if it could fully replace production output function of relativity.

Effective knowledge retention and transfer as litigation teams fluctuate.

Opus 2 is generally intuitive and user-friedly.

The platform contains most of the features that end users need and presents them in an accesible manner.

Opus 2 still has some European-based terminology and workflows...that can, at times, be a little confusing to US-based end users.

Opus 2 fills the post-production void for case teams and clients - and gives them the platform to organize their documents and strategy as they move into the substantive phase of their matters.

Deposition designations and video synching are wonderful features.

The user interface could be more user-friendly.

The designations function has truly been extremely helpful. It eliminates the old school manual highlighting and will export accurate reporting and is very easy to use.
