I love how easy it is to use. Very user friendly. Easy to upload locations, drivers love it, ability to keep track of times and see where drivers are on their route. Customer support is extremely helpful.

I wish that you could have a phone number and email attached to a location and it would populate to the printable export.

Love the Stop priority feature helps me do better routing as per my client requirement.

When I have to do re- routing in case of adding stops are the route is formed. I would like if I can freeze or lock from Stop in a certain position as when we do re routing my previous location moves and the whole route is made again.

I have daily 20 to 30 routes for my delivery person to follow, before optimo route I used manually make on Google Maps then then send the the stops individually.

OptimoRoute has alot of beneficial features such as account notes and customer feedback that are collected in real time. This allows us to make corrections when needed.

There's very little to dislike. Occasionally, we'd like to see more customization in the reporting features or integration with certain niche systems, but these are minor compared to how much time and stress the software saves overall. The benefits far outweigh any small limitations.
