Great customer service. Easy to use and got up and running very quickly- no installation or IT maintenance required. I love the fact that it's web-based so everyone can access it at the same time and collaborate on a given project. Integrating everything into one place was also simple. The best part is that it's easy to redo existing plans, schedules, and rosters and create new routes so much faster than before.

Took a bit of time for the team to get the team comfortable with the software but the onboarding team at Optibus was great.

Optibus is modern and on the cloud. This really changed how we schedule and plan because it's not just about a nicer looking user interface - the modernity means quick optimization runs that take a fraction of what they used to (minutes instead of days). This frees us to do better scheduling and make better decisions. It means being able to optimize more elements - crews, vehicles, relief vehicles etc. We're also using this to bid for new business and the impact there is amazing.

Nothing really, the change is so noticeable compared to what we used to use for scheduling in the past. Some of the changes we requested - for instance how to set preferences and constraints in the system - are already being changed by the company
