Speedy and helpful customer support

Great customer service

The customer service has been great. I have run into a few questions already because I have a less popular phone company and the response has been quick and helpful. Then I ran into an issue with my registration to be able to send text messages, and as soon as I reached out the situation was resolved and I was able to send texts the next day.

During the account establishment an error was made that could have been quite expensive. The wonderful people at OpenPhone.Com went out of their way to fix the problem.
In todays society where customer service is almost non-existant, OpenPhone is the exception. A pleasure to do business with them.
