Easy installation, intuitive interface and easy to use the software. It minimises the use of paper work since parents and students data are now in one place. The scalability of the software is perfect, as the school grows the software is able to accommodate all the new users. You can also installed the system in the cloud without many complications.

I don't have many disadvantages with the software except for the price. It is a bit expensive for the young and upcoming schools.

I highly recommend schools and other learning institutions to try this software for the smooth running of the school.

Generally for school management such as students information, records and student fees. automation of school processes saves on time and resources. It eliminates paperwork.

Created with school management in mind, not minding size or complexity. From the very small school to a very large school, Open School meets all the needs. The interface is very intuitive and does not require expert knowledge. The creator have really done their home work and are trying to give School Proprietor a very appropriate school management software.

The price need to go down much more especially for African schools

The calendar invites and the scheduled classes just make it simple to join the classes

They have priced it at $499 a week which is slightly higher than what other softwares like VNN quote.

My siblings are using for their daily online classes due to the pandemic outbreak here out city.

Open-School has opened a world of opportunities for our school district, especially with the online enrollment functionality and the calendar. Paperwork has been significantly reduced. We now have a single point of contact for all the parents and students in our district. We are happy with the support and its quality. The UI design of this application is so beautiful which make it more user friendly.

There were some issues where the complete source code was not uploaded for enhancement. That was a little problematic. Nothing major though. The SQL issues really were the only issues we ran across. We just tweaked our build.

Use it, try it. As I have stated previously, I did enjoy the product when we had it. We just transitioned to another software at the beginning of 2018.

Problems, not really problems we are solving. It is really helping reduce paperwork through out our district. It is easy for everyone to use, from faculty to parents. We only used it for a couple years, I personally miss it as the district went with another, "cheaper" software.

The options and features in Open School Product are very useful. One of my favorite add-ons is the payments/wallet section that helps save the time it would take for payment processing too. It's an easy to use platform too. A great school management system.

It's a bit too expensive for my taste and it's website can be made more attractive with some nice modern looking updates.

I'd recommend you to try it out. At least their trial period. Maybe look for discounts too.
