"Easy to use, amazing API, endless customization/functionalities, and amazing support staff!"
What do you like best?

OnSched's Platform was completely white-labelled to my company, and allowed all of our sales representatives' calendars (whether they used iCal, Outlook, Gmail, etc...) to be instantly integrated with their software. It's user-friendly, reliable, and offers cool functionalities that I continue to learn about on a daily basis.

What do you dislike?

As with all software, I have difficulty with the initial learning curve. However, Mitch was super helpful and walked by through step by step on how to familiarize myself with the OnSched Portal. My biggest regret is that I did not hear about OnSched sooner.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely do yourself a favour and reach out to OnSched. Connor and Mitch have been in the appointment scheduling space for quite some time, and they definitely know what they're doing and what their customers need.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

OnSched's platform enables my company to optimize our internal resources and minimize time spent on tedious tasks such as following up with leads. Instead, qualified leads can directly book into the calendars of my team of brokers, which allows us to closer more deals at higher rates, while minimizing any potential lost business.

"These guys go all out!"
What do you like best?

We at AGRALINKS are working with OnSched to power our marketplace bookings with their software. The OnSched support team has been very helpful in not only creating a booking flow that meets all of our needs, but also supporting us with integration into our platforms. These guys go all out!

What do you dislike?

We would like all of our contracts to be titled to "AGRALINKS LTD" instead of old records that maintain the name "Agrilinks".

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We at AGRALINKS are working with OnSched to power our marketplace bookings with their software. The OnSched support team has been very helpful in not only creating a booking flow that meets all of our needs, but also supporting us with the implementation into our platforms. When all other booking software companies told us they couldn't meet our needs, these guys made it work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the problem of managing a complex online marketplace that is driven by online consultations. Booking capabilities are one of those integral components.

"Great scheduling software "
What do you like best?

We use it in our self managed rental properties. We like being able to keep a record of our showings. Ease of booking is an afterthought. Its smooth without even thinking about it. More than anything, OnSched has actually helped us close leases by automating the booking process making it easy for all of our tenant showings, inspection visits and repair scheduling.

What do you dislike?

No issues as of yet. Our residents have found it easy to use.

Easy scheduling without out having to make phone calls or write things down.

"I'm hooked! It's saves me hours of back and forth with customers a year"
What do you like best?

It saves a ton of back and forth communication with customers trying to fit a perfect time slot for everyone. This saves a tremendous amount of time which allows us to focus on doing our job. There's nothing to be disliked about this product. It works amazing.

I am an Account Executive with Dell EMC. I use OnSched to schedule my adhoc business meetings. When I am on the road and existing customers would like to meet with me, I send them a link to my OnSched cal. What I am most excited for is the possible integration between OnSched and my corporate team. Having been using OnSched for so long now, I referred OnSched to our sales operation team and our IoT Marketing team. Overall - great tool.

"No more wasted time trying to coordinate schedules"
What do you like best?

The customizability of OnSched is just what our not for profit resource group needs to save time and money when scheduling consultations with our members and sending out marketing communications. We can easily schedule trainers without having to waste time finding mutually available time slots!

What do you dislike?

No constructive criticism or dislikes thus far.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used to miss opportunities with our members because our team ran out of time and weren't able to respond in timely manner. The automation of OnSched has drastically reduced these missed opportunities to virtually zero! Check this software out, you'll thank yourself later.

What do you like best?

This platform helps us stay on top of our client meetings and manage our accounts. Its easy to use, reliable, and intuitive. Couldn't ask for much more in a software that we rely on every day.

What do you like best?

I like the flexibility and reliability. I need to make sure the bookings are rock solid as I depend on them for my business. Any problems and my customers walk away. The system's flexibility is nice as well. I can make different rooms follow different booking schedules and different capacities.

What do you dislike?

There are a lot of options which make it very flexible, but sometimes it's hard to understand what the options do and how they interact with each other. But their great support definitely helped with any questions I had.

Check against other providers out there, and you'll notice a difference. Once you start using it you'll see how helpful it can be.

We mainly use this product to help us schedule customers into slots of learning. We have instructors and students that need to be put together and this software helps us accomplish that without hassle.

What do you like best?

Integrating with OnSched has been a game changer for us at Infiniti, qualifying prospects and automating the scheduling process has allowed or team to stay on top of our sales funnel without wasting precious time struggling with calendar management.

We have yet to find anything we dislike; OnSched has been able to accommodate all our needs.
