Protecting DMARC and keeping SPF below 10 in a single platform is very good. I like the visibility in the reports which reassures me that DMARC in reject mode is working.

The platform is very easy to use, has great documentation and the account management is absolutely brilliant. A huge range of features including inbox testing, and DMARC reports split by sending domains.

The very nature of smart records means that some records can't be read by certain sources so you still have to manually add records to a website's DNS. But overall it's an excellent product with a huge range of helpful features.

Management of multiple domains requiring DMARC, DKIM and SPF configuration, and troubleshooting deliverability issues. It allows for quick management and testing, saving a lot of time. They also have a great account management team who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Simple, organized, and easy to understand UI, even for the DNS n00b. If you get stuck, the customer support team is right there with answers for you.

DMARC for newbies like me can be a little overwhelming at first. There's a lot to take in and Myles at Red Sift noticed that I had signed up for an account to get DMARC going but I seemed "stuck". Myles reached out to me, and we set up a web conference where he walked me through configuring our sending assets, domains, and DNS options. I now have a much better understanding and we're on the way to full DMARC compliance.

I don't "dislike" anything so far. This is the second DMARC solution I've tried and it's light years better than the first one I tried.

We need to be DMARC compliant in our to obtain Verified Mark Certificate (VMC) and Red Sift has been a great solution for us.

These guys are top-notch. They really helped us with one of our projects to attain e-mail sending compliance and have been amazing along the way with any issues.

Nothing at this point. If you don't work with e-mail compliance issues 100% of the time, there is a lot of new terminology that you have to become familiar with but this is more of an idustry issue.

They are helping us stay DMARC compliant for one of our businesses and are a crucial part of keeping all the configurations and visibility in one place. Knowing the sources that are sending on your behalf is crucial and they are essential for troubleshooting any issues that arise.
