OnDevice are a strong partner of our business - they are our preferred partner for brand metric research. What I like best about them - their methodology is sound and trusted, industry wide. When we recommend them to a customer of ours, it is always approved as an appropriate measurement option. The results are in-depth and actionable, compared with the other options in market. We're always able to create a strong case study out of their reports, to proactively drive future business.

The setup process is a touch arduous, at times. Although I know they are working on significant improvements to this (i.e. via a user dashboard.) We are in line to be a pilot partner for this new streamlined setup approach, although it feels as though it's been heavily delayed (as we've been waiting over 6 months.) I also dislike that we often have to rely on forced user exposure to fill exposed sample groups.

OnDevice help us demonstrate the success of our targeted brand advertising. It's a difficult thing to prove, when the nature of the business is to drive relatively broad metrics (awareness, consideration, etc.) But OnDevice help us do this, in detail, with in depth reporting, across a range of metrics, media channels, and creative - giving us a lot to show back to our clients. This helps us with long term growth and demonstrating our value to buyers.

I was offered by my client to use the tool to map and measure the campaign of advertising, analysing the brand overalland it benefits with analysis that can convert to actionable insights
