OMS Office Master System has been truly transformative, for my business. As a result weve experienced productivity improved accuracy.

I like that everything I need to sell our products is on one software. Inventory file is easy to export and there are no delays when checking sales, inventory or invoicing.

I dislike the fact that i cannot print all of my orders a/o. This is very time consuming and there are so many steps to printing orders.

Benefit is that all of our sales are on one software easy to use, easy to navigate.

Overall the system isn't too difficult to figure out. It does all we need on a single program. We can do everything from pick slips to invoicing. Pretty decent at inventory management.

Support is almost non existent. If you choose to have some support it is an outrageous price. System is a little buggy sometimes and times out. You will loose any data you were working on.

SO far it has helped keep track of our inventory and sales. Generates decent reports and can transfers to csv files which is very helpful.

Its, easy to use to process orders, look up inventory, and invoice.

Sometimes the invoice sequence does not continue.
