As another email service provider changed their pricing considerably, I sought an alternative option. Omnisend adjusted their standard pricing to match my needs and made the move to their service easy by bringing existing users and key flows over was instrumental.

Not much, but the overall look of the service could do with an upgrade :)

They fixed the pricing issues I had - otherwise email flows work very well and bring results while I'm asleep.

I have been on many tools ranging from expensive (Hubspot, Pardot) to reasonable for small business (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) for 15+ years and what I have noticed is that it has been hard to find inexpensive tools that have the same ease of use, features and support as the more expensive ones until now. I stumbled on Omnisend this year and so far I love everything about it. I find it easy to understand, easy to set-up, it has advanced functionality that I need and excellent customer support when I can't figure it out on my own. The integration was unbelievably easy, but for me finding a tool that I would want to work in, integrated SMS easily and connected with Shopify was key. I believe Omnisend is what I have been looking for quite a while!

Omnisend has all the info I need to set things up between the onboarding info, the webinars and resource area, but I would love an online checklist lists the things you need to do to get started in a checklist format so you can remember what is done and what should still be done. I signed up for Omnisend awhile ago but have been implementing slowly. I am losing track at times where I left off. I have used this kind of checklist with my clients in Hubspot and Pardot. I am new to Omnisend so maybe you have one. If so, let me know. I need it!

I honestly could not stand working in Klaviyo. I find it very cumbersome. I was looking for a tool that had functionality that was similar to Hubspot, but was cheaper and made for retail. I find Omnisend to be very easy to work in which solves my problem of ignoring outreach which is what I have been doing with my retail store. I only send about 6 emails a year and SMS wasn't working as I expected so nothing was happening. I can already tell it is going to be much easier in Omnisend. I also want to set-up drip campaigns to try to drive repeat business from existing customers. I'm not doing that now. New to Omnisend but I love it. I have used many email systems.

I like that it works much faster thank klaviyo (page loading speed basically), I like that updates ship faster, I like the speed of technical support, I like support that agencies receive. Partnership manages (Ruta) is amazing. I like that I can affect future updates and my voice actually matters. I like that omnisend makes me feel valuable as a partner, so I actually want to bring more clients here. I like partnership program payouts.

I dislike some feature absence that make using the software longer (I told exactly what am I talking about on our meetings).

Recurring revenue tool. Used to add sales for ecommerce businesses from new & existing customers.

No-nonsense features, good pricing, excellent customer support.

Some features are hard to find - for instance email personalisation examples could be more thorough. The support though helped me find the answer, but perhaps a better documentation would be a good idea!

Oh, global styles would be epic! And please, Make Blocks with rounded corners a feature! :)
