It replaces scattered spreadsheets with a clearer and more structured way to track objectives, key results, progress, and follow-up actions. I enjoy how simple and visual it is, making progress easy to understand and supporting regular check-ins without adding unnecessary complexity. What do you like best about OKRsTool?I find OKRsTool to be extremely cost effective, offering a lot of value for money. It's very easy to use, and I can set up the tool within a few minutes, which is great because I don't need to train people to use it effectively. It's intuitive to use and cost-effective, which makes it suitable for our organization of about 150 people.What do you dislike about OKRsTool?Some features could be improved, like more granular role-based access management in the system. What do you like best about OKRsTool?I like that OKRsTool is simple and easy to use, which really helps in setting multiple OKRs for my organization. The support team is very nice and responsive. Recently, we had difficulty with a certain workflow, but when we contacted support, the response was quick. They even implemented a new feature within a week, which really helped us become even more effective with the app.What do you dislike about OKRsTool?I think there are still some improvements needed in usability and privileges to make it easier to scale and not be dependent on the organization leader. During the initial setup, I found it difficult to add resources to teams as it didn't allow adding multiple resources at once and had to be done one by one.What problems is OKRsTool solving and how is that benefiting you?I use OKRsTool for setting OKRs at all levels, enhancing alignment and visibility. It improves decision-making by prompting detailed measurement and sets clear expectations across teams.

It offers a structured framework for setting measurable objectives and tracking progress efficiently. What do you like best about OKRsTool?I liked that it free for small teams and really quick to set up. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the AI suggestions actually helped us write clearer OKRs without overthinking them.What do you dislike about OKRsTool?Honestly we should probably test it a bit more, we only tried it for a short time.
