What do you like best about Okendo?I enjoy the range of products that Okendo offers, along with their support. We started off with reviews and now have the full suite of products. It is also easy to use and people from our team have no issues seeing reviews or survey results.What do you dislike about Okendo?If there was a way to clone quizzes to connected stores, that would greatly help us reduce the time it takes to copy everything.What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?Before Okendo, we only had customer reviews on our US store, but with Okendo we were able to syndicate reviews which made sharing reviews a lot easier. We also prefer sticking with one app that has a vast product offering, as we find that too many apps makes it hard to keep track and slows down our website. With Okendo, we can make quizzes, surveys and collect reviews all from one place.

What do you like best about Okendo?I like Okendo's easy-to-use UI and the flexible, easy-to-implement widgets. The exports are simple and manageable, which makes handling data a breeze. The implementation options available mean I can manage how Okendo reflects on our site and ensure it matches our brand.What do you dislike about Okendo?I don't have any negative notes on Okendo.What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?Okendo allows us to collect and analyze thousands of customer reviews, helping improve products and our business overall. The easy-to-use UI and flexible widgets simplify implementation and exports are manageable. We can align reviews with our brand effectively.

What do you like best about Okendo?I love how we can organize reviews by product variants and that customers can put in all of their measurements so customers can filter to find other customers who recently made purchases with the same body shape, size, height, etc.What do you dislike about Okendo?I wish they had a better way to leave internal notes so we can let our team know who reached out to negative review customers. all they have are tags right now.What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?they are making it easier and user friendly for customers to filter through our reviews

Its super easy to set up all of the automations and the team is a pleasure to work with.What do you dislike about Okendo?Nothing! They also take all of the stress out of seeding reviews post-purchase.

What do you like best about Okendo?I find Okendo very easy to use, especially in inviting customers to leave product reviews. I really like the display options as they are great. I also enjoy the great support from our account manager. The best part is the user-friendliness and the automated review invites, which make it a valuable tool for me. What do you like best about Okendo?I find Okendo super easy to use and appreciate its numerous features. It integrates seamlessly with many third-party platforms, which is a big plus for me. What do you like best about Okendo?The dashboard is clear and easy to navigate. The features are up to date and have everything we need. I like the question moderation feature to help our customers personally and the loyalty program to keep customers coming back.What do you dislike about Okendo?We have had issues with review coupons not triggering which could be fixed.What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?It allows us to easily post product reviews and answer and questions that customers have easily.
