Beam displays resources by groups and departments, allowing operators to manage cloud use and implement policies based on budgets. In some cases, this leads to better management of budgets and presentation of costs by identifying which computers are increasing spending on cloud and ensuring that management can make decisions based on data. In addition, Beam provides reports and counter charges based on policies so that teams can ensure that consumption is within budget and aligned with business objectives.
