NoMachine Everybody still needs a little bit improvement as sometimes establishing connections between remote system becomes troublesome.

Is it the most accessible, easy and fastest remote access to my computer on my local and private network? If I need to access any machine remotely, NoMachine Everybody is my #1 choice.

I don't like the limited customer support; you can hardly get any responses through emails or phone calls, and the first time configuration can be confusing at the beginning.

The complexity of remotely logging in to other machines.

If I had to pick one feature I like best, is the capability to use the local user credentials or AD credentials to login to the remote sessions. It makes it so convenient and secure not to have to create a separate password just for the remote user.

It can have some issues on extremely slow connections. There are options to set variable quality depending on the connection speed, but it does not always help.

Just give it a try as an alternative to VNC. It beats it in every way.

The speed at which you can connect to a computer is fantastic. The software is super no-frills. You literally just doubleclick on the name of the computer and *boom*, you're connected. Super simple. I don't think that a remote desktop style software needs to ever be more complicated than this. It keeps the software super light and it runs very smoothly on just about any machine on our network at the office.

There almost seems to be a lack of features. The program is so simple that it feels like there is a small lack of customization. I would have also appreciated the ability to send files to other computers on the network - some kind of sharing center.

Another downside that I see is that when I'm remoted into a computer on the network, it turns off the screen on the remote client. I can't see how the page I'm working on looks on the other screen. When I'm remoting into a computer where the display is a larger size, such a a television, the end result will always look very different from the way it looks when I'm on my desktop, remoting.

Multi-platform, easy-to-use, full of features, and works very well out of box.

Doesn't seem like it allows for a lot of customizations or unattended access.

Go and try and see if it fits your requirements. It's free, but there's also more options and customizations for users who buy licenses for it.

GUI for the nomachine is the best part, it supports best color, display and resolution support which very little lag. Users can connect from anywhere and anytime and they will get the session back. This is very useful if you are person who like to run the process in the background overnight and leave if to run (like huge computation/machine learning process).

Problem with the session getting hung in the boot loop is the worst issue which requires to be fixed by the team. DONOT logout from your remote OS connection since this will not terminate the existing no machine connection. This will cause a new session to initiate, but since the old session is not terminated the new session goes into a boot loop. Disk space is the other issue, I wish there was a lighter web version of this software.

Enjoy the seamless connection to the remote desktop without the fear of the session getting disconnected. Best in class GUI, connection, sound, drive, network and USB support for the remote PC. Very heavy in size still does the work very fine.

This is a really nice simple tool, that enables you to connect to any machine that runs the server. It's been an invaluable tool for me as it has meant working remotely on customer sites is made much easier as I can still access my home machine to get files.

The daemon server reaches out to every machine on your network running the noMachine app and adds it as an option to connect to - luckily it does still require a password!
