Just plain works. No more quarterly meetings to fine tune credit card gateway settings while biting our nails hoping we don't tank conversion rates. Foreign customers can now place orders without having to relax our overall fraud posture. Recurring charges now just work. Accounting has fewer problems with credit memos and reconciliation, Sales gets their conversion growth, Logistics isn't pulling orders off the line or calling carriers to return shipments. IT is working on growth projects instead of fire fighting all of the above.
Occasionally the product doesn't apply tags to an order or two. Rare but irritating.
Chargebacks were painful, and credit card gateway anti-fraud settings deterred valid customers and made extra work for customer service.
Our team no longer has to check every order manually and can focus on growing the store! We also like the capability to add an email to a white list when needed.

After the setup, NoFraud is a hands-off and effective solution to preventing fraudulent orders on Shopify, our e-commerce platform. The setup was pretty easy. Customer support has been friendly and helpful.
So far, there's nothing I dislike about NoFraud.
We were getting a lot of fraudulent orders. The Shopify fraud app was completely ineffective, the Payment Gateway filters were only partially effective and required a lot of manual oversight, and the other manual solutions we were using were cumbersome. Sure NoFraud cost more than our previous solutions (mentioned above), but it is completely worth every penny, as ineffective fraud prevention software and processes are way more costly when lots of fraudulent orders come through.

One downside is that sometimes is gets confusing when fraudulent claims are covered by NoFraud through Shopify, but submit on the last day triggering emails sent, and could be resolved prior to the deadline.
Benefitting our business by catching charges that could be placed on others cards, and from there claims will be filed which will cost us. Money saving! Great forecasting to identify potential areas of fraud.

The only issue we've ever had is existing customers being flagged. That has gotten better the longer we've used No Fraud and their support always works with us once we let them know.
Before No Fraud, we had to have an Order Verification Department. We've been able to relocate them to supplement our Customer Service and it has been a huge help. We also love the peace of mind that comes with the Chargeback Protection.
I really like the detailed insights that come with each transaction capture. Each pass/fail gives clear data as to how NoFraud came up with their fraud decision. Whitelisting is also super easy!
The interface feels a little dated. Can be hard to find action buttons.
