A Great Customer Service Solution
What do you like best about Nina?
I like that Nina has amazing features and handles our customer service needs
What do you dislike about Nina?
The tool is easily customizable and has all important features

It is powerful and I like that implemntation and using it is straightforward

No bad experiences whatsoever with Nina. It has all we need.

Make Meetings Count Again with Nina.
What do you like best about Nina?
I love the fact that Nina seamlessly integrates with my meeting calendars, invites, and technology platform. I can set it up so every call I make from my business phone system connects Nina in the background seamlessly. It's great. She transcribes and records the entire call or meeting, provides a debrief option, actions items and more.
What do you dislike about Nina?
I can't really think of anything I like the least. I think they could improve some of the voice commands and the UI/UX for the mobile app.
What problems is Nina solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Nina has let me get back to focusing on people during meetings. By recording the meeting or calls, providing transcriptions, highlighting actions items, and prompting us for a post-call debrief, Nina has allowed us to really listen actively during our calls and meetings, which provides better outcomes in all areas of our business.

Best Employee EVER.
What do you like best about Nina?
As a marketer I have always struggled with pushing my leads through the funnel. I would create leads from events or other marketing activities, but sales would only follow up with about a third at best.
What do you dislike about Nina?
I wish they already had Chat vs email and text at this point.
What problems is Nina solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable in the Merchant Processing, Merchant Cash Advance and the Mortgage space all products we offer.

Good experience with Nina.
What do you like best about Nina?
It's extraordinary. She deciphers and records the whole assemble or conference, gives a question alternative, activities things and that's only the tip of the iceberg.
What do you dislike about Nina?
I can't generally consider anything I like the least.
What problems is Nina solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nina has enabled us to truly listen effectively amid our assembles and conferences, which gives better results in every aspect of our business. What's more, it's really cool also.
