Most Intuitive Software on the Internet
We had been considering a handful of software options to record and track calls from Google ads to multiple businesses. Once we consulted other professionals' opinions in the space we decided to reach out to Nimbata.

They had an Agency model that was straight-forward and fairly priced. This was enough of a reason to try them out, however, once we got on a trial subscription the real magic started.

I had budgeted hours/days to figure out how to work with the software and how to build my call tracking for multiple different businesses, each with multiple landing pages.

The UX/UI was so terrific that what I budgeted hours for I finished in less than 20 minutes. No reading through FAQ's, no searching support forums, no calling tech support. All businesses, all landing pages... DONE.

If you need great call tracking and want it NOW give them a trial. You will be set up and off to the races faster than an onboarding call takes with the other guys.

Works great on SPA websites
Nimbata is the only call-tracking provider whose dynamic tracking numbers work on SPA websites (Next JS / React in my case). Many other providers struggle to consistently display numbers in headers, but Nimbata manages to integrate them seamlessly beneath mega- and mobile menus. Their customer service is also among the best I've experienced. A working product with a user-friendly UX is the cherry on top. I've been using their call tracking service for years and can highly recommend it.

Best kept secret in call tracking
As a marketing agency, we have worked with all the big call-tracking companies. Sometimes because we thought a specific company was the best choice and sometimes because our clients already had accounts there. After trying out Nimbata for over a year and a half, we stuck with it.

It’s quick and easy to set up and doesn’t need troubleshooting. Once it’s set up, it works! We are a global agency and manage accounts in over a dozen countries; Nimbata was able to provide us with local numbers in each of the regions we needed them. So that helped us in our expansion as well. Lastly, where they really excel is their customer service. There is literally no issue that has remained unresolved since working with Nimbata.

It’s very straightforward to set up, unlike other call-tracking providers. Secondly, the customer service from Nimbata might be the best I’ve gotten from any company. They’re always happy to help and don’t waste your time with canned responses and/or just referring you to a help article, which you’ll be used to if you have worked with any of the more popular call-tracking companies.
