We loved the team we worked with especially our sales rep Micki Eubanks. Very open and honest and to the point. Very knowledgeable and a people person who wants to meet the customer’s needs. We love her and the work the company did for and with us. We are very pleased with the high level of service that was provided. We appreciate the company’s quickness when we had support calls to fix our issues with active directory integrations. We were also looking at a SIEM solution with them. We look forward to our working relationship with Core and also look forward what they have in the future of security assessment.
There were some quirks with the core appliance and these issues went to development to resolve and it that took some time to fix but all is good now.
Make sure that they implement the core to monitor east/west traffic for network security.
east west DNS network traffic. looking for a SIEM solution next. we are able to really understand our attack footprint with this core device and it is helping us to plug the hole we had.
