Nothing to dislike. No downside using Netsertive

The individual promoting efforts are incredible - a few prospects to plan a lot a publicizing. Amazing versatile application, quick and responsive. A reasonable dashboard is given and numerous alternatives as upgrading of pictures for the work area and cell phone exposure.

The reports dashboard permits us just to look into the nitty gritty informations of the last missions of the continuous year. A download of the reports in time is important to dodge significant informations get lost.

With Netsertive it is really easy to create ads. The reporting system is reliable and the outputted data is represented in excel files. They can be easily manipulated in order to gather the needed data.

Netsertive is in overall an old program, it feels like there is no further development going on since it is stuck some years ago. It still does it's job but I think they should rethink their strategy, otherwise I feel like they will not catch up to the competitors.

Netsertive is outdated, be sure if it can provide all services you are needing.

We use it for dynamic ads and for campaign management. When you can interpret the reports, you will make better and more suited ads for your company/product.

I like that this provider creates ads to be dynamic. ads can have multiple click through URLs as well as the ability to incorporate many widgets. They also are great about reporting all performance metrics

The wait time of 3-5 days isn’t always met. It would also be helpful if some ads could be JPGs instead of tags

Just be aware that the ads are only as good as the input

We are learning to be more specific on the order form so that we can limit back and forth for production.

I use this software a lot at work (marketing agency) for a lot of my clients. It's very easy to use and the reporting is great! Very easy to export and it breaks down the data so it is easily explainable to clients at the end of their campaigns.

Sometimes generating reports would vary in time. Some days it would be a few seconds to generate a report, other days it would take a few minutes (occasionally it would freeze my browser but nothing major).

Generating reports faster would be great.

We use this a lot for our clients. I enjoy using it because it's very easy to use and is very intuitive. I especially love the reporting aspect. It's especially great that it generates an excel sheet that is cleanly organized and easily edited. The break down of the reports makes it easier to go over campaign results with clients during month-end meetings.

After leaving Dealer.com we switched to Netsertive a few years back. They were a smaller organizaton and had a dedicated local team and corporate team in VT. Good experience

After a few years and becoming an approved vendor with many of the OEM's, local dealership treatment began to suffer. Our managers, some promoted and some left and we were then stuck with green peas.

They help solve the issues of SEM primarily. Helping us get set apart from the local competition. Again in the beginning it was a great change from Dealer.com.

It’s a dependable system. It’s a like an old car. It gets you there but it feels like it will fall apart soon

It has bugs that get fixed by bandaids and not coding. It’s like a car that only runs if you hit it in the right place. “Yeah, she may look like a hunk a junk but she’ll get you there”

It’s a good service but it’s not a user friendly service

We use it for advertising mainly out stream video ads. It is a reliable way to get those out streams.

Ad tags are easy to pull with a few clicks. Reports in excel format are laid out well with links to the creative. The search function works well enough. Hierarchy organizations for campaigns isn't too bad. Handles large video file uploads.

Not a bad tool for non-designers, but professionals would find it lacking.

The builder is still Flash based (still as of late 2019). The builder layout is outdated and clunky, and not fully intuitive. No hot spot option. Except for a grid, there are no layout tools for positioning and alignment or guides, which makes layout work time consuming and frustrating (imagine manually lining up a bunch of buttons).
