"Great for unattended and ad-hoc support"

What do you like best?

Secure connection. Controlling permissions from central portal. Ad-hoc available when no agent can be installed.

What do you dislike?

Slightly easier Portal setup would be useful.

Supporting unattended office machines and helping customers with ad-hoc support when they need it. Useful tool for replacing RDP to securely access virtual desktops.

"Netop replaced LOGMEIN"

What do you like best?

Full encryption - end to end. Friendly, knowledgeable, support.

What do you dislike?

I have to remember to "sleep" my host, or the system will remain active, after I've concluded my session.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With CORVID I needed to provide 4 folks from our office to work from home securely. Netop allowed me to do that, more efficiently and at a lower cost than LOGMEIN.

"Fast & seemless "

What do you like best?

I love how fast and smooth the program is

What do you dislike?

Not much. I wish I could use my computer at the same time as using the program.

"Netop overseas experiences"

What do you like best?

When Netop works, you get a structured overview of the Machines you have access to. You don't have to remember the host names; you can just click.

What do you dislike?

Netop is 'mixed mode'; some parts run HTTP(s), some parts run tcp and some parts run udp. This makes troubleshooting a real pain.

It is buggy, but great when it works

We have a lot of computers running in factories far away (China). Netop (when it works) allows us to support remote operators in a way where they can see what's being done (unlike remote desktop).
