This is a game changer for any employees looking to book and expense flights, hotels, meals, etc. It's easy to use, faster, simple steps, a better implementation and support than other tools out there, and the mobile app is a breeze! Very easy to upload a receipt and get a refund or correct things from both a manager and individual contributor standpoint. It's user friendly on both sides. It was also super quick to integrate in our company and the onboarding was simple.

There's nothing I dislike about it. It seems easier than what we used to use (SAP Concur) and we'll likely continue to leverage this tool. Initally we started a teams chat internally to ask general questions but everyone has the hang of it now.

It's easy to see how much budget my team had utilized and helped me figure out where we need to save or allocate our funds for future events.

I appreciate excellent customer support with minimal friction and quick resolutions, making tasks like booking and changing flights effortless. The interface is friendly and extremely simple to use. The platform also rewards me with points or miles when booking flights for executives, which I can use for personal bookings.

I use the product to easily book flights and hotels for my executive and team within company policies, even without access to their accounts, improving assistance. The seamless customer support simplifies booking, changes, or cancellations, which enhances my experience.

Good integration with reservations, expenses and payments. Some small issues with credit card direct usage, but solved by add it to google wallet. Prices for extra services (luggage, seat reservation) might be better, but that's the caveat for getting the "full integration". In general it was easy to use and do reservations and handle receipts.

While the platform is generally useful, navigating between flights, hotels, and rental car bookings can feel a bit cumbersome at times.

Navan makes it easy to book travel accommodations for corporate trips all in one place - whether that is flights, hotels, trains, or rental cars. In addition, they offer the ability to link reward programs which is great, and ensure I am booking within our specified policy to avoid issues later on and maintain compliance. Expense management is also made simple within the UI.

The friendliness of it, it's not difficult to do, it's clear when we need help.

It does not reflect all flight options, sometimes it is difficult to change a flight even if a flight that allows changes has been purchased, it does not allow changing return dates for a car in the car rental section.

The big problem regarding the checks is the temporary hotel and car charges, you have to wait until check-out to be able to close it.

Easy to use and glitch-free functionalities. Better than the ones I used previously.

Wish the rewards did not have an expiry date as you can use the points you accrued through business trip savings which can be used for your personal trips too.

Easy to book my business travel and expenses within my company travel and expense policy.
