I use Nasdaq Boardvantage for my comp committee and board materials. It eliminates paper, which is great. I like its repository for critical documents and how the data is well-organized. When I go back to a historical document, I can easily find it. The initial setup was easy, and when I called their support, Emily helped me immediately.

What I like most about Nasdaq Boardvantage is the customer support. From an employee standpoint, it's just been great to work with the team at Nasdaq. They've been really great partners in helping us build out our platforms. I believe there's great support, and it's a great tool to use. It's really easy to use and super customizable. There are a lot of great advantages to it, especially the support coming from the Nasdaq team.

I think there could be some improvements to the way the admin page is built out. Making it a little bit simpler to see how you can add board members and having a more cleaned-up presentation would help. The boards are all lined up on the left-hand column, and there are a lot of drop downs and carrot arrows that encourage me to open up more lists of people, and it just kind of gets a little bit messy sometimes. So maybe just cleaning up the admin page a little bit would be helpful.

Nasdaq Boardvantage keeps us organized and aligned on schedules, makes sharing updates easy and accessible, and provides customizable options for a landing page where board members can communicate, see updates, and access documents.

Good UI with well-integrated support, and a professional staff.

One downside has been integrating the software with our organization’s security tools.

Tech support - very fast response time. Thanks to Kevin, I was able to fix the Boardbook.

video in the ppt is not played. sometimes we add a short 20 sec video to share a construction progress, but it will always come out as a broken linked file

Managing

The ability for our members to access meeting materials without me having to print them and then ship to them and then hope they are actually received.

I have only been using it for two years so I haven't found anything that I don't like about it. I am actually starting to feel comfortable with it.

It is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. The integration with SharePoint is particularly helpful and adds a lot of value. Uploading is quick, and overall performance is very responsive.

I’m not in a position to comment on how competitive the pricing is, as this is the only platform we currently use. However, feedback from our users has been very positive, with many finding it straightforward and easy to use. The support we receive is outstanding — the team has a strong understanding of the system and consistently goes above and beyond to assist.

The more I learn about Nasdaq, the more I feel there isn’t anything to dislike. I haven’t had the chance to use the AI function yet, but so far my experience has been very positive.

I’ve been able to use the dashboard function to keep our documents in one place, and it’s easy to navigate. The meetings function and agenda builder are also very useful tools, and they make using the platform a really good experience.

Fast and responsive interface, especially for agenda creation and document uploading. Very user friendly presenter mode.

Pricing is very competitive and the sales team showed great flexibility in working with us to find the right pricing/feature fit.

Boardvantage has a user-friendly and efficient way to manage board books, distribute materials securely and provide directors with centralized access to information such as meeting calendars, corporate governance documents and more.

Our company has been using Boardvantage since 2010 and do not have any "dislikes" to report.

The Boardvantage team has helped with the integration of Docusign into our platform which has streamlined the approval and signing process.

Boardvantage is intuitive and straightforward. Support team is excellent. The AI presentation summary feature is extremely helpful.

It would be helpful if separator pages were automatically added when a meeting book is added to. I don't really have any complaints.

I've been working with the new AI features and they help make drafting of minutes more efficient. We also recently added the D&O Questionnaire and Board and committee evaluation module which has been extremely helpful with gathering information for our proxy.

It has newer features that Director's Desk did not that are helpful. I feel there is better security also.

The interface could be improved by allowing users to resize or move the divider bars so more of the agenda is visible during editing.

I am not having the issues of inserting another item or sub-item that I was experiencing before which is nice.
