The most helpful thing about it is that the customer service is outstanding! I also think for the most part the way the system is set up is very user friendly and when I don't understand how to do something the staff is amazing and super helpful!

Very minor things like having to manually enter certain things that I wish were connected easier. For example, when one insurance is both the primary and secondary (odd and very uncommon) I have to manually enter the secondary bc the primary has to be invoiced first.

Having everything in one place is very helpful!

Don't fight the program. Just figure out how they want you to use it, and do that. I've been using electronic billing systems for decades, pretty much as soon as they were affordable for small providers. This one is fairly counter-intuitive for me, but I've made it work, and it works well. I just had to surrender to how they want me to use it. If you don't need EHR, this is probably the best choice for small MHT practices. I've looked at dozens, tried 4 and this is the best.

Needed a low cost electronic billing solution for our solo private practice. Came from a similarly capable system that priced itself out of our business. MCP is doing 100% of our billing, quite capably.

Very data oriented (spreadsheets, bulk, etc.)

Use if you are looking to cut costs and have a few hours to get used to the interface.

I am able to batch-input client progress notes in a very short time period, which is unlike any other product I have tried

Database of note templates and "copy from last note" options are helpful.

It isn't very intuitive, and the titles of the templates make it so you have to go through each of them to see what they have available. Also, there is no way to develop notes to fit your specific needs.

Note system for mental health counseling practice. I use this specifically for the practice I work for under Direction, but I utilize a different program for better features.
