That it has almost the same features teamviewer has, some features are lacking but overall the app is very good.
Has issues with screen rendering and control over remote machine while trying to launch apps as administrator on remote machine.
If you're using teamviewer, dont bother anymore, this app is a FANTASTIC alternative!
My wallet is not being drained by Teamviewer, thats a LOT in term of a benefit.
CloudBerry is a very stable program to make connections, the configuration is very simple and the interface very basic. This software allows me to share my screen or enter my colleagues screen and share files or manipulate documents. One feature that I like is its good encryption to maintain a secure data transfer between server and client. In addition, it has a chat to maintain communication if there is no microphone.
So far I have not had negative experiences with CloudBerry, on the contrary, this tool has improved communication between colleagues in the organization where I work and has allowed us to manipulate computers and share files.
I recommend this program for features stability, speed and ease of use. In my organization the communication between the members has improved and has allowed us to solve our own inconveniences without having to call technical support.
With this tool I can give lectures to my employees in charge, about the advances of the architectures that we are developing. I can also solve software inconveniences without having to attend the office or workstation of my colleagues.
it actually do what it suppose to do... Very easy to setup and use. has all of the features that I would need, Invite, File Transfer, Easy to swap screens and control and of course, the fact that it is free.
So far I did not face any issues other than that there is no documentation, but if you join the Cloudberry forum, you'll find answers to any problems you might have with connectivity.
I would definitely recommend, the program is a solid one and works reliably, Easy to use and free of charge. It is little slow, but it does the job.

A friend who is an expert in IT was able to take control of my laptop to resolve an issue from miles away. Although we both had Team Viewer, we BOTH got the message saying suspected commercial use. I was VERY annoyed, and ditched it immediately.
After getting the "Commercial Use Suspected" from Teamviewer, I started looking around for an alternative, tested 4 different alternatives. CloudBerry Remote Assistant is by far the best. Very easy to setup and use. It has all of the features that I would need to support family and friends, Invite, File Transfer, Easy to swap screens and control. While I use the full install, I like that it has a Quick Support version for the Remote user, so that they don't have to do a full install if they don't want to. Great product, Thank You CloudBerry for providing such a good product for free!
No real issues, maybe a bit more notes in the Help or FAQ sections
I have researched many options this week, tested 4 products, CloudBerry is the best, and easiest solution that suits my needs.
Makes it easy to connect to Associates, family and friends with Computer Issues.
I really appreciate that this is true freeware with no catch, and I like that it was quick and easy to use.
There isn't anything that I dislike so far.
I was able to remotely troubleshoot an issue easier by being able to view/work on the PC remotely.
Fast and simple to deploy. Very User friendly interface
No Mac support. It would be nice to see a paneled list of computers

This is a great remote desktop option- the fact that it is free just makes it better!! I have only used it for a few days now, but so far so good.
